The knowing of a priest is a powerful tool to so many in the confirming of belief, too often exploited from the vantage of authority to serve purposes far from the intent of that belief.

In the world where belief has slid so far away from faith in goodness and goodwill towards all men (not just those subscribing to the same belief), we have grown far too tolerant of atrocity, granting permission to the intolerance of ages passed simply because its agents hide this evil social mechanism behind such labels as, “national security”, or “anti-terrorism”.

But the evil remains AND no different than that pretending God's Will be done against those presumed heretical by slaughtering them. In this, the secular has combined today with the prelate. Ultimately leading to the greatest spiritual conflict anyone can face, the belief in a God conforming reality to all the moral contradictions we see practiced in high places.

It was indeed necessary to find new demons once those texts supporting a God of mercy, tolerance, love, and honor between men (mostly that of honor between men) had declined so dramatically He was hardly different than that of a fallen host. In order to erect the model of a god serviceable enough to New World Order corruptions, one that could bring the “fire from the heavens” and place it in the hands of man, religion had either to ignore these mindsets it had allowed or to embrace them. Since the Vatican was more than willing to do so, it seemed the very best choice for a New World Order to build itself around.

This was no new story, its writers taking direct cue from the example Constantine had set two millennium ago. And on the shoulders of which the Gnostics had been thought carried to oblivion.

The “new demons” today are just as much a myth as they were in the past. In a world where there is to be no honor between men atrocity cannot be accounted, and the state must certainly not be held responsible for deeds that escape reproach since the very words suitable to frame that reproach are lost within tailored jargon.

So now, instead of Satan (for many the very model of their own personal ideal of how to best topple the God of men of good will towards ALL men) the focus of serviceable demons is placed on the equally mythical hostile ET/alien. All the while, secretly back amid the machinations of world social engineering, Satan is held in high esteem in order to absolve the slightest degree of guilt. Madness so extreme good men and women are repulsed to even try and come to terms it can even exist. But the time has come to acknowledge that it does exist.

For the vacancies it can fill in the great cavernous space between divided consciousnesses can manifest actual demons for the monsters they may in turn inflict upon you. This, and not reptillians, humanoids, sentient species from other worlds and even EBEs are what those beginning to fathom supernatural changes in persons are seeing.

It is not important how the short video you are about to see was obtained nor is it actually significant in retrospect to attach absolute validity to its origin. It is enough that I myself can lay valid claim to having sent links to the website where it was posted to most members of Congress, Matt Drudge, Mayor Guiliani, the chief of police of New York City and others, months prior to this planned infamy. Do we doubt the stage was set early on in the year 1999 for ominous expectations, that social engineering showed in the media's designs to create the fears and anticipations to make such a thing more likely... in some camps to even welcome it?

The Y2K fears of computer mainframes crashing (proving to be false); programs on media facilitating these fears, even in fiction on popular show series like, The X-Files and Millennium; the discovery and whistle-blowing across the nation about military staging for house-to-house-search-and-seizure for weapons and state patriot militias forming in numbers almost overnight to combat any such thing... and the obvious deployment of provoked instances serving both to vilify and discredit any such actions... to list but a few of the signs for what was coming.

With the retrospect we as citizens of a once proud republic, now corrupted and on the verge of betraying the only social contract any have with an increasingly impotent government that has lost its way in allowing one branch to circumvent all checks and balances to approach dictatorship, we can now find the proof of intention this video tape reveals, even if, in retrospect, it shows a different path taken...

Okay... Now you boys know that I will personally land in a world of shit if anybody finds out I made this tape. You can take it in the spirit that it's done, keep it eyes only and off the screen. This tape does not exist.

This is where it all goes down. I'm going to walk you through it. Take a look at the AO (area of operation) and give you a quick rundown on the mission. Okay, let's look at it. The containment pens and the barricades run straight up and down from here, four pens per block. All your civilians locked up inside them. Alpha team, you're all here by 0400, no later. This whole area is going to be full up by then and you've gotta be here before they close off the eight closest pens, north and south. That's the structure that they dress up for the drop. Extra barricades all along the stretch here. Most of your civilian authorities are clustered right here. Cracker, you're over here. A lot of priming the pump (agitating) out along this way for a good quarter of a mile. Some of it our people, a lot of it is going to be spontaneous civilian activity.

They are just starting to hear about Australia by the time you get here and at 1800 they see the deal on Europe and Africa when it happens up there on the TV screen so they'll be plenty spooked. Okay, so that's what it looks like. There's a lot of pressure from upstairs to get this thing done right. We gotta just get out there and do what we've been training to do. Full Range Applications of Binary Weapons Methodology

Over my 16 years of experience on the internet, on forums, chat rooms, and the like, I have noticed few people follow threads well, few read closely... much less attempt to appreciate the thoughts of others in full range or ramification. “The best example is how we now, as a rule, have 45 minutes of actual programming on network television and fifteen minutes of intrusive commercials per hour. It is so bad that commercial sponsors have begun “follow-up” commercials right after their initial ones or run-on themed commercials where the message is followed up after the insertion of another by a different sponsor. The aspects of meaning you may be missing in any intense programmed presentation or documentary is broken up; concentration and the possibility of anyone actually getting into the information and/or depiction of events is lessened. We don't know how much. That's an area that has not been explored for the benefit of telling us. But you can bet it has been explored by someone.

This is the milieu in which we now are exposed to much more threatening programs whose harmful intentions can only be described as weapons, even, to some extent, a weaponization of media itself.

Recently I came across a quote attributed to one, Dr. Beau Lotto, “There is no inherent meaning in information... it's what we do with it that matters.” Extremely true in relevance today. I like to say, making the knowledge our own. It would seem to me that this may be integral to, instead of just being an information dilettante, actually incorporating it into associating it with any broader reference. In developing this, we become more likely to expand upon the threatening applications (and potential permutations) of binary weapons and their systems for which they may be part. We begin to realize, for instance, what might be in chemtrails today, just might not be in them tomorrow.

But then, what other examples of binary weapons might we be exposed to other than chemtrails? Let's start where this technology began, the dispensing media of information that we have been entrained from childhood to use, broadcast media. Something for which the illusion-making mechanism of the mind becomes greatly tampered with. You acquire the notion that a story is served simply because it has been treated on the five o'clock news... to never be mentioned again. The first stage of this information binary weapon is that you have been prepared or implanted to only actually place significance on stories that are reaffirmed by repetition (being so used to the pattern of commercials and the way they make and break concentration, not to mention subliminals.) How long now has this been going on? Long enough to have moved you into a controllable reality where your range of confidence in what is credible and what is not is controlled by someone else. The weapons aspect of this program is especially successful as long as you don't realize the intentions behind it and still suppose your forthcoming opinions are actually your own.

So now, whether you like it or not, you're set up for what comes next... the second stage of an information binary weapon. What is it? Pathological incredulity. And it makes you impotent to challenge, effectively challenge anything. Now some of you have broken this chain somewhere along its winding snake apparatus. But some of you, even reading this now, actually haven't.

For those of the latter sort, I'll give the more overt examples of binary weapons systems: in the arsenal of non-lethal weaponry are many binary weapons that don't kill and are more easily sold to the public because of that but are simply prolonging the fatality process, only throwing more pain and agony into the process. Of course, famine and disease, when man-made are examples. But the refinements today are even more illustrative. Chemtrails, for example, destroy your immunity to what's coming next. And that can be non-specific enough that many won't catch on until it is too late. But in the end, it all comes out as genocide. Whether it's such things as fall-out from Fukushima, malnutrition and contaminated food products and drugs, even how the many intrusions into your local environment play into what is put in your water.

Let's look at how genocide has been practiced on African regions now for fifty years in order for international corporations to have better means of moving tribal populations off land rich in natural resources. It's not just done by promoting civil war. Medical care givers, mostly all sincere and compassionate, are not given the medicines they need to treat these people adequately so the ill are left to fend for themselves on the black market. There they find these medicines, mostly antibiotics, with original pharmaceutical packaging, right down to lot numbers, and they take them home. Only these supposed “pirated” drugs (and I doubt they are, but “special batches” big pharma makes up for just this monstrous design,) have just enough of the active ingredients to help the pathnogen or viral agent to build immunity... thus almost always lethal. Millions have died from this operational method and use of a binary weapons system. Tens of millions... maybe even hundreds of millions if allowed to continue.

And the rest of us pay since all this, in today's global shuffle, find new and deadlier strains of microbes popping up in our own vicinity, like flesh-eating bacteria. Strains of social diseases for which there is no known cure. This practice in Africa is a cauldron for disease and death elsewhere.

In the area of the unknown lie many dark potentials coming out from experimentation alone, not necessarily intended but that might be even more devastating than if they were. It is science and industry out of control here in order to serve the military contracts that are designed around weaponizing any and everything these critters can imagine. I add this element in here simply because the principle of binary systems is represented even if unintended as a consequence. Mostly because the effects offer even more devastating potential and the whole process of weaponizing is responsible. Shut that down and the threat goes away. After all every treaty in modern times, every agreement of limiting war between nations has meant to stop these excesses. And have not.

Why aren't we visible?

At certain stages of evolution, cosmic "humanities” discover new forms of science beyond the apparent control of matter. Structured dematerialisation and materialisation are part of them. Many human beings have been in visual, auditory, tactile or psychic contact with such ships, some of which are under occult powers that "govern" you. The scarcity of your observations is due to the outstanding advantages provided by the dematerialised state of these ships.

By not witnessing them by yourself, you cannot believe in their existence. We fully understand this.

The majority of these observations are made on an individual basis so as to touch the soul and not to modify any organised system. This is deliberate from the races that surround you but for very different reasons and results.

Who are you?

You are the offspring of many traditions that throughout time have been mutually enriched by each others' contributions. The same applies to the races at the surface of the Earth. Your goal is to unite in the respect of these roots to accomplish a common project. The appearance of your cultures seems to keep you separated because you substitute it to your deeper being. Shape is now more important than the essence of your subtle nature. For the powers in place, this prevalence of the shape constitutes the ramparts against any form of jeopardy.

You are being called on to overcome shape while still respecting it for its richness and beauty. Understanding the conscience of shape makes us love men in their diversity. Peace does not mean not making war, it consists in becoming what you are in reality: a same Fraternity.

To understand this, the number of solutions within your reach are decreasing. One of them consists in contact with another race that would reflect the image of what you are in reality.

What is your situation?

Except for rare occasions, our interventions always had very little incidence on your capacity to make collective and individual decisions about your own future. This is motivated by our knowledge of your deep psychological mechanisms.

We reached the conclusion that freedom is built every day as a being becomes aware of himself and of his environment, getting progressively rid of constraints and inertias, whatever they may be. This can change as long as you keep this creative power in you, even if it cohabits with the dark intentions of your potential lords. This is the reason why we remain invisible. This individual power is doomed to vanish should a collective reaction of great magnitude not happen. The period to come is that of rupture, whichever it may be.

But should you wait for the last moment to find solutions? Should you anticipate or undergo pain?

Your history has never ceased to be marked by encounters between peoples who had to discover one another in conditions that were often conflictual. Conquests almost always happened to the detriment of others. Earth has now become a village where everyone knows everyone else but still conflicts persist and threats of all kinds get worse in duration and intensity.

Although a Human being as an individual, yet having many potential capacities, cannot exercise them with dignity. This is the case for the biggest majority of you for reasons that are essentially geopolitical.

There are several billion of you. The education of your children and your living conditions, as well as the conditions of numerous animals and much plant life are nevertheless under the thumb of a small number of your political, financial, military and religious representatives.

Your thoughts and beliefs are modelled after partisan interests to turn you into slaves while at the same time giving you the feeling that you are in total control of your destiny, which in essence is the reality.

But there is a long way between a wish and a fact when the true rules of the game at hand are unknown. This time, you are not the conqueror. Biasing information is a millenary strategy for human beings. Inducting thoughts, emotions or organisms that do not belong to you via ad hoc technologies is an even older a strategy.

Wonderful opportunities of progress stand close to big subdual and destruction threats. These dangers and opportunities exist now. However, you can only perceive what is being shown to you. The end of natural resources is programmed whereas no long-term collective project has been launched.

Ecosystem exhaustion mechanisms have exceeded irreversible limits. The scarcity of resources and their unfair distribution - resources which entry price will rise day after day - will bring about fratricide fights at a large scale, but also at the very heart of your cities and countrysides.

Hatred grows bigger but so does love. That is what keeps you confident in your ability to find solutions. But the critical mass is insufficient and a sabotage work is cleverly being carried out.

Human behaviours, formed from past habits and trainings, have such an inertia that this perspective leads you to a dead end. You entrust these problems to representatives, whose conscience of common well-being slowly fades away in front of corporatist interests, with those difficulties. They are always debating on the form but rarely on the content.

Just at the moment of action, delays will accumulate to the point when you have to submit rather than choose. This is the reason why, more than ever in your history, your decisions of today will directly and significantly impact your survival of tomorrow.

What event could radically modify this inertia that is typical of any civilisation? Where will a collective and unifying awareness come from, that will stop this blind rushing ahead?

Tribes, populations and human nations have always encountered and interacted with one another. Faced with the threats weighing upon the human family, it is perhaps time that a greater interaction occurred.

A great roller wave is on the verge of emerging. It mixes very positive but also very negative aspects.

Who are the "third party"?

There are two ways to establish a cosmic contact with another civilisation: via its standing representatives or directly with individuals without distinction. The first way entails fights of interests, the second way brings awareness.

The first way was chosen by a group of races motivated by keeping mankind in slavery, thereby controlling Earth resources, the gene pool and human emotional energy.

The second way was chosen by a group of races allied with the cause of the Spirit of service. We have, at our end, subscribed to this disinterested cause and introduced ourselves a few years ago to representatives of the human power who refused our outstretched hand on the pretext of incompatible interests with their strategic vision.

That is why today individuals are to make this choice by themselves without any representative interfering. What we proposed in the past to those whom we believed were in a capacity to contribute to your happiness, we propose it now to ... you!

Most of you ignore that non-human creatures took part in the exercise of those centralising powers without them being neither suspected nor accessible to your senses. This is so true that they have almost very subtly taken control. They do not necessarily stand on your material plan, and that is precisely what could make them extremely efficient and frightening in the near future. However, be aware that a large number of your representatives are fighting this danger! Be aware that not all abductions are made against you. It is difficult to recognize the truth!

How could you under such conditions exercise your free will when it is so much manipulated? What are you really free of?

Peace and reunification of your peoples would be a first step toward the harmony with civilisations other than yours.

That is precisely what those who manipulate you behind the scenes want to avoid at all cost because, by dividing, they reign! They also reign over those who govern you. Their strength comes from their capacity to distillate mistrust and fear into you. This considerably harms your very cosmic nature.

This message would be of no interest if these manipulators' tutorate did not reach its peak and if their misleading and murderous plans did not materialise in a few years from now. Their deadlines are close and mankind will undergo unprecedented torments for the next ten cycles.

To defend yourselves against this aggression that bears no face, you need at least to have enough information that leads to the solution.

As is also the case with humans, resistance exists amongst those dominant races. Here again, appearance will not be enough to tell the dominator from the ally. At your current state of psychism, it is extremely difficult for you to distinguish between them. In addition to your intuition, training will be necessary when the time has come.

Even though you can choose the way that best suits you, rituals are essentially useless. A sincere request made with your heart and your own will will always be perceived by those of us whom it is sent to.

What is the lever effect?

This decision should be made by the greatest number among you, even though it might seem like a minority. It is recommended to spread this message, in all envisageable fashions, in as many languages as possible, to those around you, whether or not they seem receptive to this new vision of the future.

Forget about the false prophets and the beliefs that have been transmitted to you about us. This request is one of the most intimate that can be asked to you.

Making a decision by yourself, as an individual, is your right as well as your responsibility!

Passivity only leads to the absence of freedom. Similarly, indecision is never efficient. If you really want to cling to your beliefs, which is something that we understand, then say NO. If you do not know what to choose, do not say YES because of mere curiosity. This is not a show, this is real daily life, WE ARE ALIVE! And living!

Your history has plenty of episodes when determined men and women were able to influence the thread of events in spite of their small number.

Just like a small number is enough to take temporal power on Earth and influence the future of the majority, a small number of you can radically change your fate as an answer to the impotence in face of so much inertia and hurdles! You can ease the mankind's birth to Brotherhood.

One of your thinkers once said: “Give me a hand-hold and I'll raise the Earth".

Spreading this message will then be the hand-hold to strengthen, we will be the light-years long lever, you will be the craftsmen to ... raise the Earth as a consequence of our appearance.

What would be the consequences of a positive decision?

For us, the immediate consequence of a collective favourable decision would be the materialisation of many ships, in your sky and on Earth.

For you, the direct effect would be the rapid abandoning of many certitudes and beliefs.

A simple conclusive visual contact would have huge repercussions on your future. Much knowledge would be modified forever. The organisation of your societies would be deeply upheaved for ever, in all fields of activity. Power would become individual because you would see for yourself that we are living. Concretely, you would change the scale of your values!

The most important thing for us is that humankind would form a single family in front of this "unknown" we would represent!

Danger would slowly melt away from your homes because you would indirectly force the undesirable ones, those we name the "third party", to show up and vanish. You would all bear the same name and share the same roots: Mankind!

Later on, peaceful and respectful exchanges would be thus possible if such is your wish. For now, he who is hungry cannot smile, he who is fearful cannot welcome us. We are sad to see men, women and children suffering to such a degree in their flesh and in their hearts when they bear such an inner light.

This light can be your future. Our relationships could be progressive.

Several stages of several years or decades would occur: demonstrative appearance of our ships, physical appearance beside human beings, collaboration in your technical and spiritual evolution, discovery of parts of the galaxy.

Every time, new choices would be offered to you. You would then decide by yourself to cross new stages if you think it necessary to your external and inner well-being. No interference would be decided upon unilaterally. We would leave as soon as you would collectively wish that we do.

Depending upon the speed to spread the message across the world, several weeks, or even several months will be necessary before our "great appearance", if such is the decision made by the majority of those who will have used their capacity to choose, and if this message receives the necessary support.

The main difference between your daily prayers to entities of a strictly spiritual nature and your current decision is extremely simple: we are technically equipped to materialise!

Why such a historical dilemma?

We know that "foreigners" are considered as enemies as long as they embody the "unknown". In a first stage, the emotion that our appearance will generate will strengthen your relationships on a worldwide scale.

How could you know whether our arrival is the consequence of your collective choice? For the simple reason that we would have otherwise been already there for a long time at your level of existence! If we are not there yet, it is because you have not made such a decision explicitely.

Some among you might think that we would make you believe in a deliberate choice of yours so as to legitimate our arrival, though this would not be true. What interest would we have to openly offer you what you haven't got any access to yet, for the benefit of the greatest number of you?

How could you be certain that this is not yet another subtle manoeuvre of the "third party" to better enslave you? Because one always more efficiently fights something that is identified than the contrary. Isn't the terrorism that corrodes you a blatant example?

Whatever, you are the sole judge in your own heart and soul! Whatever your choice, it would be respectable and respected! In the absence of human representatives who could potentially seduce into error you ignore everything about us as well as from about those who manipulate you without your consent.

In your situation, the precautionary principle that consists in not trying to discover us does no longer prevail. You are already in the Pandora's box that the "third party" has created around you. Whatever your decision may be you will have to get out of it.

In the face of such a dilemma, one ignorance against another, you need to ask your intuition. Do you want to see us with your own eyes, or simply believe what your thinkers say? That is the real question!

After thousands of years, one day, this choice was going to be inevitable: choosing between two unknowns.

Why spread such a message among yourselves?

Translate and spread this message widely. This action will affect your future in an irreversible and historical way at the scale of milleniums, otherwise, it will postpone a new opportunity to choose to several years later, at least one generation, if it can survive.

Not choosing, stands for undergoing other people's choice. Not informing others stands for running the risk of obtaining a result that is contrary to one's expectations. Remaining indifferent means giving up one's free will.

It is all about your future. It is all about your evolution.

It is possible that this invitation does not receive your collective assent and that, because of a lack of information, it will be disregarded. Nevertheless no individual desire goes unheeded in the universe.

Imagine our arrival tomorrow. Thousands of ships. A unique cultural shock in today's mankind's history. It will then be too late to regret about not making a choice and spreading the message because this discovery will be irreversible. We do insist that you do not rush into it, but do think about it! Next to the Sun, in a two o'clock position we see an object that is called the 'Solar Anvil' and has never been mentioned by science. This object is larger than all our planets together and has been there all the time and is captured by solar observatories in space and now published for the whole world to see. The sensation being that these images are actually presented to us unexplained and that science does not even ask what it is, at least publicly. NASA claims it is a fiber from the coat of Santa Claus, but everybody knows the true abbreviation for NASA: Never A Straight Answer.

You are now witness to a whole new discovery and called upon to change your concept of what reality is, don't hesitate, it will benefit you, our world and our chances of survival. Only note this: We are really taken care of by some awesome spiritual technology all around us that now can be observed in action.

In this video you see after a series of six strong blasts within four days, starting from June 1. 2011, that the area between the Solar Anvil and the Sun is darkening. Being converted to a low energy state, the darkened area is now forming a kind of connection between the Anvil and the Sun. After these blasts and the forming of that 'Channel' or 'Portal' the whole vicinity around the sun starts to fill up with fast moving objects that must all be quite large. These objects are using the Channel or the Portal that was facilitated by the Sun and the Solar Anvil to jump here from all over the universe, mostly passing through, as James knows.

There is time compression involved and those EMVs and ET craft that we see emerging en masse from the Portal are using that possibility, facilitated by the Solar Anvil and the energy of the Sun.

We see other strange objects but the most peculiar is a sun-cruiser resembling a butterfly in its shape, passing by on a curved path, coming close to a flare and charging up. This is a civilisation that is using a different kind of technology, maybe the Hippies of the Universe?

The amount of blasts and solar activity within only six weeks is astounding and one would come to think how this could be going on for more than four and a half billion years without the Sun being depleted rather sooner than later.

A talented friend kindly, generous with his time, has put together images of the sun taken at each hour over the period of the last month and a half. He did this in order to better understand my claims on the Kevin Smith Show that an enormous object now acknowledged in proximity with the sun, is not only fixed in position there, but operating in an interaction with the sun to accomplish certain dynamics only possible to a technology far beyond that of any planetary civilization.

These features become very important to discussions today as we see an errant drift of mindset being fostered more and more to portray an hostile ET presence as virtually inevitable. That this is absurd in any context, historical or present, as a matter of common sense, is being lost more and more to the drum beat of steady media repetition.

In dredging up myth, superstition and the remnants of poorly developed logic among western science fiction writers, an underlying theme of this “inevitability” has already been implanted. Still, it is no less absurd, and fostered and promoted on vast scale simply because it has a designed agenda behind it. Now, instead of manufactured terrorism and attacks on national sovereignty on earth, to engineer the ages-old device of war upon people in order to deny them more personal freedoms and better means of financial sustainment, the stage is set to bring an end to all social contracts based on the advances, cultural and technological, mankind has achieved on earth in the last 300 years to win any equality among levels of society for the individual. The fear driven agenda of an hostile ET threat has been developed as the ultimate false flag operation to do just this.

Just as we were led to believe that nations must form alliances under detente in order to escape “certain” destruction from the imposed threat of the hydrogen bomb and that nations must combine on the same basis to afford advancing space exploration, we will be “taught” combating this new alien threat will require a nationless New World Order... already set up as a feudal corporate police state. We already see evidence of this as corporations like BP are allowed to police their own catastrophic environmental holocaust in the Gulf of Mexico, instead of the EPA and Coast Guard and Monsanto is allowed to confine food production to corporate control with laws that prohibit non-hybrid seed.

These trends are not justified by any external threat, but are part of a growingly apparent agenda around what lies behind the false flag fabrication of one, world dominance by an elite that has long lost its way morally and in any context appropriate to evolutionary advance.

At this stage of crucial decision-making, is important to view certain dynamics in a perspective long denied the people of this planet. For all to see that the design in nature governing all things on the astrophysical plane have both order and design shared in common knowledge by all civilizations that advance beyond the point at which the people of earth now near.

All about us are dire warnings of impending doom; wrought, of course, by all elements outside the influences of the-powers-that-be, but none-the-less promoted widely in the most dubious manner by their agents of opinion forming, the mess media. All with built-in deniability provided, all in some way as easily designated spurious rumor. Perplexed, we might look away from the very real threats to ourselves and loved ones, threats we know administered to us by those whose abuse of authority and power exceed sanity. Like with Fukushima, a disaster waiting to happen, and BP's adventure in the Gulf of Mexico, timed too well for their recovery from drilling a bad well and opportunized into a way of dumping banned substance (corexit) to avoid further storage costs. Each revealing a truth not spoken yet, these are the self-same exponents of entrenched corporate power mongers who would profit most off selling global warming. Yes, the contradiction should be revelatory.

Now it is something originally represented as a comet, Elenin. Indeed it is not a comet for it has changed course several times. Let me make a prediction: under intelligent control, this body will not come between earth and the sun. Will bring no harmful influence. Is attempting to communicate and represents one sole intention: to display that the-powers-that-be have nothing with which to effect warfare effectively beyond their own area of immediate confinement. Throughout my time here, I've had to point out details of anomaly exposed to myself and others when such occasions arose and I had company. For the most part people do not see what they are unprepared to see. This is the reason I make such a point of emphasizing the significance of the power of expectation.

Even when observations of anomaly are acknowledged they can easily be filed back into the far interior of relevant thought to restore a person's sense of comfort, a device mind control experts call, centering, not at all a desirable trait. To actually benefit from experience one must have a broadened perspective and not be entrenched in the mundane. Education should encourage this, it doesn't; science should applaud this, it doesn't. Socrates would be given his cup of hemlock here just as quickly as it was imposed upon him in the Athens of his day.

The idea of progress is assumed, although unwarranted. Today, not only the growing presence of a police state looms over mankind globally, but one that promises use of perverted technology with which to install and maintain a corporate feudal fascism that not only encroaches mindlessly on the individual but on environment and all life within that environment. All the while with the pretense of correcting the problems they have caused to use in raising some sense of emergency to excuse unlawful actions. Western industrial nations under the elite indulge war upon lesser armed nations as easily and without provocation as any warlords of the past. While increasingly assaulting those that would resist such evils in reporting them and investigating them, with oppression.

However, as more and more suffer declines in earning potential and loss of any hope of fulfilling the dreams they once had for themselves and their children, the questions asked about why? are coming closer and closer to more broadened perspectives, those like trade imbalances and government's corruption by big business. We are now beginning to see that those workers in third world nations where jobs have been moved are faring little better than the jobless left in the wake of this conspiracy mindlessly devoted to some idea of a short-sighted bottom line. In Mexico, for instance, crime, especially that against women, has flourished out of control as reports and investigations are curtailed to hide the social effects of incredibly low wages and unregulated practices in the conduct of manufacturing processes.

So, as I would have pointed out details of a ufo to oblige my fellow travelers, I am now pointing out this hard and real fact to you: the elite and their captains of industry have declared war against you. That it entails war against the planet and would further estrange those off planet who might offer us untold advances in every field of science and technology, is another aspect of the madness.

Educate yourself, then move among your neighbors and relatives to share with them what you have learned. You may not like what you find out at first, but then nothing will be worse than that day that may come when you are powerless under the iron heel.

It Was Like That....

It was like that. And then it changed. By the death of one man we were all told to forget too early. Just to “get him behind us”. A quick solution to complications never meant to resolve. An acid water that never lost its bite, but always kept the bad taste from the corrosion it caused. We sailed past dragging a heavy anchor (like shoals were near and the storm would not subside.) It didn't, just came and went anew. Always over something else, like a rogue's theft... the same but behind a different mask. Another quick solution with the same oily feeling somehow the soap left behind.

Time and time again. The media but a drumbeat to a cadence more redundant than an African dance. Would that slumber had some exoneration; would that justice could be had by capitulation. Until the very word, would, became its own rebuke. When found in the eye of a storm (one that grew forevermore) named Fukushima, our moral sleep-walking could no longer “get him behind us.”

In a previous article, "Examine Better the Anomaly of Earth to Learn of What's Elsewhere" (www.ufodigest.com/news/0907/anomaly.html), I gave an example of what is, most likely, mind extant almost exclusively as a field, a superlative one at that.

If, indeed, this example is that of a field of thought (and data) instead of purely bio-organic synapses of neurons firing and receptors sensing (vastly based on the failed model of electron flow), then we have entered an entirely new world in how we conceive consciousness and, perhaps, even the possibility of sharing sentience with computers.

It is a two-edged sword. It is the brink upon which madness is only one aspect of the devastation inevitable to the pursuit of this technology. For on the way the interface of mind and machine is just one adjunct to the consequence of possessing intention without soul, purpose without moral core.

Mankind upon this planet has already broken with Nature and with the natural course environmental and social concerns should effect on every decision made significantly impacting on generations and on the most important asset any planetary society can have, its children. In the absence of such guidelines and of their enforcement, the technology this paper will discuss is far more than a promise of dire consequences; it is the "darkness at the end of the tunnel"

Without effecting an end to the bleak disparities practiced upon the masses by an elite more and more concentrating its hold globally and obsessed with control of more and more aspects of the individual's life, this technology will, though seeming an enhancement initially, become a dissolution of all social order and the very "chaos" that social engineers have ironically warned about for so long, to install such noxious programs.

You may rightfully be skeptical of this alarming assertion. Surely man has weathered many growing pains to achieve his present level of technology and culture. What could make this any worse than the A-Bomb, the H-Bomb, unstable governments with the resource to produce "weapons of mass destruction"?

Simple, not any of those threats are already in your home, in virtually every place of business with which you deal, in the offices of every policy maker in the world right now.

Recently a new virus has begun a rumor mill of speculation about its origins and about how far its system corruption can go. So sophisticated is it that some have even speculated on an "alien" derivation. It has brought into question a potential that has been steadfastly declining in discussion by all in authority who might settle the issue of its possibility. That issue is the potential for a "matrix" to develop between PCs and super computers that could defeat all fire walls, all stop gap methods to limit exchange at any and all levels, as a virtually unlimited communication develops without input from users.

We think of this as "robot" mind, still utterly dependant on external stimuli only because we have not included the possibility that what this matrix might need for cognizance is its own sentience, its own "id," its own "ego." But with having interfaced with human minds and with its matrix already possessing all the genetic and brain wave charting all research done anywhere allows, who knows what it can construct once asked by any user, anywhere, "construct the human model".

And someone will, probably, the military.

The speculations of what happens next have long been the grist of many science fiction novels that have peppered our entertainment moments and shown over and over again disastrous consequences. Treated as fiction, they are no less possible, no less probable. In this case any result of incredulity acquired by such "limited engagement" exposure serves no one.

This indeed would be a corruption so threatening any observing alien intelligence would do well to take heed.

How might they react?

Might they see us at a nexus, at some kind of an equational zero, a point at which we could no longersurvive?

Where we might have contracted something harmful to life beyond our immediate influence...even to them?

I struggled to come to terms with myself to write this, but what I offer next is the most difficult of all to bring myself to do. Unless I can demonstrate to you how easily obtained it is to actually interface the mind with computer, you would simply pass this warning off without much concern. The stage that is set won't permit that kind of delay. I cannot let you betray your own responsibility to earth, to yourselves, to your precious children so heedlessly.

All zones confined by function and sharing communication, whether purely as energy or energy and cognizant-data-exchange are sharing frequency harmonics. Our frequency is in the lower auditory range. A head-piece, modulating that range within very slight tolerances, can share synapses. Entraining the mind of a subject on "reading" those signals will open subliminal pathways not otherwise in use.

If one builds a model of this from data collected on the neural pathways detected to be newly stimulated and creates a program for a computer to read them, you have your interface...at least for that specific subject. Expanded, the principal can be developed to apply more broadly. Even to the extent of the disaster of which I warn.

The basis for this is a simple revision of electron theory, one that accommodates Tesla's claims of the ball lightening he created, being itself a communication medium. The energies we like to separately define one way and then another are not rightly so capriciously decided upon. Neither are the dubious classifications we assign even to the elements.

Well, children of the Universe, the choices are up to you.

Although, perhaps, not for long.

The documented anomaly sites upon this planet are prodigious. They consist of everything from an immense museum of relics from the past, present and future found in strata thousands of years old, to a network of passages and rooms carved out of the stone of the Grand Canyon with all sorts of inexplicable relics and battery salts that defy analysis.

The foremost questions of our time are ignored in order to avoid just how much and how far the mere presence of these anomalies question favored theories. Our proximity to a fusion star, the sun, and to the more graphic awareness of what its coronal mass ejections might do to earth challenges, nay rebukes, the much lesser concerns over meteor hits.

But just what might portend in the odd relationship between "objects" noticed within the sun's corona and how they seem to interact with solar flaring...

Is this the answer? Are we protected from coronal mass ejections by some form of Solar Energy farming?

Let's look even closer. Let's look at the human mind itself.

Just as Tesla knew even today's theories of electron flow were fiction and that electricity could be broadcasted in a way that defied it. So too, evidence exists that the mind can exist extraneous to the brain.

The evidence was obtained in an interesting way …not that anyone involved knew it, even could know it, unless they could disconnect from their mindsets long enough to deduce it.

It was either the Discovery Channel or PBS that cablecast a documentary about 7 years ago that had begun out of a quirk that happened while a UN promo video was being filmed.

A team had been dispatched to a tribal region of mid-North Africa to help in a crisis brought about by famine and disease. At one point, when the officer-in-charge, a colonel, had leaned over to examine something, the wind blew off his beret. His skull, as it was revealed, had sunken in creating a depression that left very little room for any brain above the stem. Yet here he was performing in the capacity of a man competent to all his tasks...and those demanding of the rank of a UN colonel. Not only that, but he was a North African native and obviously possessed of a gifted ability to handle many dialects.

A while later an anthropologist happened to see the film and the lack of any skullcap implant made him suspicious of the surgical methodology involved. He speculated on the prospect of this being a long sought example of trepanning, stone age brain surgery, surviving into the present. Upon learning more about the UN officer, he was approached and the officer confirmed his cranial operations were indeed performed by a shaman who served his tribe and a few others in his home region. The excitement was immediate. Soon after, a team was forming to visit this "witch doctor" to learn more of the very first evidence to emerge in centuries that trepanning had survived into the present era.

The team consisted of anthropologists, two brain surgeons, reporters and camera crew, about 15 people in all. And all of them excited no end to make the trek; all eager to be a part in something until now only studied from the remains of a mankind removed in time so distant in the past, they left no written record. At no time was it ever broached that the subject of all this interest, the UN officer himself, was an even bigger anomaly...an astounding one. Performing so adequately with virtually no cerebellum, no part of the brain left was associated with thought and memory!
No one thought to venture the slightest inquiry as to, how this could be?

But then, this proved to be only part of the quandary.

The Highland cultures of the African Bush retain little of the aboriginal traditions in anything like a traditionally true form today. Only the most remote, those whose distance from hospitals, from modern facilities of most any kind, force them to resort to measures so far removed from what the modern world has brought.

The African aborigine, like the Australian, has been taught how to memorize his entire lineage, tribal history and, apparently, medical techniques that not only can compete with those today but, as we shall see, can surpass them in ways unthinkable to the medicine of today.

As the group approaches the village where the shaman lives, various women began gathering. Their attitude and postures seemed to suggest pensive anticipation. Arms crossed, one in front, the shaman begins to approach one of the camera crew and wags a finger in his face. Translated by a guide her words reveal the source of her concern:

"You're not taking our healer…You're not to disturb him. My husband wouldn't work, beat me and the kids and drank himself into a stupor every day. Now he's a genius. He learned nine languages, took a bunch of tests and was commissioned in the United Nations. Just go home and leave him alone!"

Several of the other ladies approach, expressing similar claims. One shows her scalp.

"I fell and couldn't stop shaking. Now I'm fine and even remember things better. He's a good man. Leave him alone!"

After prolonged reassurances, the ladies relent and show the team to a large hut wherein is seated the highly regarded Stone Age practitioner. He chuckles about what everyone had to go through outside.

Amid the explanations it is learned that the local tribes still practice a form of ceremonial Warfare in which head wounds are common. In that remote region, even falls can be threatening since the region is too far from any medical help to be reached.

One of the brain surgeons asks, "How many operations have you performed?"

Without hesitation, the shaman assured of his exactness, replies: "2,138."

The brain surgeon says: "How many have died without recovery (mortality rate?)"

Shaman: "None, why would I lose anyone?"

Two questions arise here that, unsurprisingly, were never asked:

How can a man with no thinking part of his brain left not only survive but become a genius in the aftermath as well as other men, becoming better adjusted, better fathers, better husbands, better contributors to the community?

The other obvious question is:

How can complications otherwise incurred, not exist at all...especially removed from surgical techniques whose science is based on dealing with complications?

I have my own theories on that but let's stick to the issues at hand.

These questions are not asked. Why?
You know why…

Those that might ask them know they're not ready for the answers. They're already shaken by a few honest replies from the shaman.
Their minds are turned off out of an acquired incredulity they are taught is desirable. Just like to have a divided mind, one with a conscious mind constantly at war with its subconscious.

The fear that we will be caught dissembling is why we labor so hard and spend so many hours of each day suppressing the subconscious into not giving us away. And it will. Ever hear of Reverse Speech?

Our shaman does not teach his patients fear. Building in them a power of expectation, tens of thousands of years old (perhaps hundreds of thousands), they don't build any negative model of their outcome. So they don't have any.

The shaman goes the other way.

And, when the mind can, due to the severity involved, dislodge acquired "junk"… Just like a computer that has a file registry restored, it might rebuild better, perhaps, even astoundingly so.
As did our UN officer.

Do you think the brain surgeons learned anything?
If so, it was probably nothing more than they permitted.

In time, back at their O.R.s, it will become passed off as "undocumented," "unproven," "exaggerated," "misidentified," like another UFO whose clearly anomalous operation once noted will come to fade into oblivion when debunked as "perceptive delusion," something perhaps for which Homeland Security will one day have a treatment.

In mind-control it's called centering and humans do it all the time.

Like dreaming, it allows you to start each day anew...as if nothing significant happened the day before that might lead to starting out this day with undue distress.

A word about trepanning from James:

I want everyone to understand that trepanning, although societies exist that encourage otherwise, is for NEEDED surgery where injury and bone fragments needing to be removed are involved. The issue is how, when modern practitioners are operating, the worst outcome is what the patient is prepared for while in the stone age version among shamen, the best is...lending one's own power of expectation a role in recovery. There exist today 3 issues that could broaden the frame of reference for discussions in UFOlogy. Recognizing their significance is of primary importance to advancing focus and any achievable methodology involving cooperation.
The Brazilian event on the remote Amazonian island of Colares has astounding overtones if given any context at all. Its duration, its physical effects on many inhabitants, its study by a select group of the Brazilian military while it was ongoing, and the revelations imparted of the details taken (with drawings) by its leader, give it more value as an event than even that of Roswell. Not to mention an actual contact with an alien and a message given was reported.

The main feature of this experience is unique, however, it is not singular. The behavior of the UFOs (and the operators involved) from the 1940s through the 1970s was undeniably one of investigating, in a most preliminary manner, mankind on this planet. Both their extent and thoroughness infer, for the first time, a worldwide human surveillance, observation and manipulation program by an alien presence.
Hence, it is suggested that these are aliens are from worlds other than those we've experienced before. With this indication of a multiplicity of origins, let us reconsider the behavior of the Comet Schumacher/Levy (or rather, fragments thereof.)
It was assumed to have been a comet solely on the basis that comets still convey some mystery and this "supposed" comet conveyed far more than mystery. When reports of observations of it were reviewed, it appeared as if it had been under intelligent guidance.

The sheer magnitude of the impacts on Jupiter, puts skeptics into an almost furious denial and withdrawal to avoid further discussions of it, much less, ever submit to the likelihood of it being a chance occurrence in any statistical analysis of probability. Heaven forbid!

But the same is to be said for Dr. Norman Bergrun's claims that his EMVs are captured in images finishing a ring of Saturn's. Let me remind you of an equally documented process, if so supportable, which, upon proper review, can be easily proven or disproved. That none of the scientist's claims have been refuted by any of his colleagues at JPL on this matter is highly significant. But, like the UFO injury cases of Colares (Brazil) and Schumacher/Levy, these go ignored by UFOlogists while they trifle with each other over far lesser incidents.

Underlying almost all the hi-tech/science world today is an almost rank obsession to prove nothing is that much more magnificent than ourselves. One can call this an almost close parallel to that of the new convert to atheism's equally dogmatic insistence, "There is no God."

What the world does not need is for thought, any thought, to be dominated by denial.

A person can impose two attitudes on an anomaly. They can suppose that the extraordinary be approached by a preconceived mindset or they can open up to what touches our other senses as well. The preconceived mindset one has played very well into the hands of those who withhold information and intimidate witnesses, as well as those who attempt to curtail discussions.

Maintaining a certain amount of openness seems more important to me than accounting for every point of argument when so much is:

1)  ignored already
    and…
2)  withheld.

UFOlogists, if you want common ground, you will have to do better. Right now it's beginning to look more like science fiction, bizarre though it may be at times, is "getting there" better than you. Absolutely, in conception! For, if you're not willing to explore other possibilities when you've nothing else as an explanation, you are left with nothing but denial.

And that doesn't seem to be getting anyone anywhere.

I am always given permission to delve back into the writings of the man I have come to trust and respect more than I do my own self-judgement, not for any other reason than he always has been open, forthcoming and patient with me and the hundreds of questions I ask in my driven need to seek the truth and to gain knowledge that is kept hidden from us.

The Illusionist

In this age of unbelief, ruled by incredulity, the accounts of the past are skimmed over and ignored when they broach significant anomalous observation, with little heed given them. Mesmer, Tesla, St.Germain, incidents of documentable faith healing, and accounts of Admiral Byrd's experiences with the Blonds in Antarctica are only a few examples. There come to be thousands once you begin in-depth research.

The movie, The Illusionist, is a superb example of how mankind goes about refashioning experiences to accommodate limited expectation.

Actually the movie script writers have done little but make a composite of various "performances" given over the years by various "illusionists" before (as they were advertised) the crowned heads of Europe in the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries. Bearing in mind no technical means were available then to produce a hologram, remote casting of spectre, or imagery that could interact with the audience to everyone there. Because, as you've been told hypnosis alone cannot do this for not everyone can be put under the suggestion to do it. The extensive accounts, however, all agree this is exactly what happened. No one came forward throughout it all, to disagree.

Even in the presence of men of science who knew how to avoid being hypnotized and how to debunk the hoax "spiritualists" of the day.

There is a reason magicians today revere Harry Houdini. He didn't just come to illustrate the super-human aspect one could achieve through dedication to a profession taken to purpose-driven length.

He came and passed the extent to which such devotion alone could reach. They simply can't figure that out. To them, in their mindset of today, he was just the best example of the craft they can conceive.

We don't really believe today in the sorcery through which Moses parted the waters. But it was a common technique among certain of the priest castes in Egypt. Read Budge's book on Egyptian magic if you don't helieve me. No, we have fashioned out of incredulity a comfort zone that leaves us bereft of so many faculties: keen observation that can penetrate psychic block, the ability to follow inevitability to rightful conclusion (probability) if that conclusion is astounding and the endurance to persist observing what we perceive as incredible when it threatens that comfort zone. We will run screaming to get away. That's what you people all do, just over the things I want to develop into discussion with you.

We will not endure our own technology much longer until we overcome these childish fears. No matter how you have been entrained to view and not to view, you are at the brink with a blindfold on.

Minimalism is not objective, ignoring that of the past, historically, only cookie-cutting what you wish and denying what doesn't fit into mindset, is profitless. No one gains by trying to occupy an hostile country and what brought down the Soviet Union is about to do the same to the United States. All because military historians are avoiding important historical lessons to stay in favor with an idiot.

Are you beginning to get my drift? The war drums are beating, as they did with Iraq, to attack Iran, a truely devout Moslem nation that Mecca will be moved to protect with a declaration of Holy War against the United States. You, as part of what the media and society has made you, are about to embark on a folly that will exceed the world's entire ability to control. What will come of it will not be an environment anyone would choose, even those at the top. Not even the Moslems, disunited as they are today, realize the potential.

But a good historian of the Middle Ages would well know what to expect. That is why they will not be asked.

Dr. NormanBergrun is an alumnus of Ames Research Laboratory, NACA (National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics) predecessor of Ames Research Center, NASA where he worked twelve years as a research scientist. At Ames, he pioneered the setting of design criteria for airplane thermal ice-prevention and the developing of roll stability laws for airplanes, missiles and rockets.

He joined Lockheed Missiles and Space Company (now Lockheed Martin) where he was manager of the planning and analysis of flight tests for the Navy Polaris Underwater Launch Missile System. During his thirteen years at Lockheed, he also served as a senior scientist having responsible analysis cognizance of special space-satellite applications. After a short tour of duty with Nielsen Engineering and Research, in 1971 he founded Bergrun Engineering and Research, parent of Bergrun Research founded in 1999 especially for world wide web activities.

An Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronauics (AIAA), he is active as a leader in Congressional Visits Day events on Capitol Hill. As Deputy Director-at-Large for the AIAA western region, he overlooks section activities in seven western states. Other memberships include The Planetary Society, The Association for the Advancement of Science, The Aviation Hall of Fame, the National Society of Professional Engineers, the Federation of American Scientists and the Scientific Faculty, International Biographical Centre, Cambridge, England.

Bergrun holds a BSME degree from Cornell University, an LLB from LaSalle University Extension, a DSc (Hon) from World University and a California Professional Engineer (PE) License. He also has engaged in graduate aerospace studies at Stanford University. He is a founder of the California Society of Professional Engineers Education Foundation, is author of two books Tomorrow's Technology Today and Ringmakers of Saturn and has published over 100 papers. Two recent manuscripts, Lunar Life Forms: Revelations of Apollo 14 and Mars Puts on a Good Face: The Masquerade, have been registered with the Library of Congress, Washington, D. C. He has lectured in the United States, Canada, England and Europe.

Credited with numerous awards and citations including the California Society of Professional Engineers Archimedes Engineering Achievement Award, and Special Service Citations for contributions to the AIAA National Public Policy and to the Regional Sections Activity Committees, he is listed in Marquis "Who's Who in the World", "Who's Who in America", "Who's Who in Science and Engineering", and other reference works.

* At NACA Ames Research Laboratory over a period of years, Bergrun took the photos of icing conditions experienced by the Curtiss Wright C-46 test airplane in natural icing environments. Photo laboratory professionals tutored him prior to the first flight. On returning to home base, he specified photo development requirements and analyzed the images obtained.

For the Navy Polaris Underwater Launch Missile System Project, Bergrun established a closed area to receive and catalogue all photos and films obtained by test-range cameras. Its purpose was to provide assistance in the analyses of telemeter tracking data. During his years as manager of planning and analysis, he scrutinized miles of photo-coverage film of Polaris flight tests...successfully correlating these data with inception of malfunctions recorded by telemetry and thereby pin-pointing where hardware improvements were needed.

Soon after publication of "Ringmakers of Saturn" in 1986, approximately four trips annually have been made from the West Coast to the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. During this time, beginning with the early missions, many thousands of images have been examined of Mars, the Solar System Planets and Satellites, the Moon, the Sun as well as Hubble Telescope and Shuttle images. This process is an ongoing activity of Bergrun Research.

In October 1999, Dr Bergrun agreed to be interviewed by MUFON´s Don Ecker regarding his conclusion that 'Huge Artificial Machines' are operating in our solar system. This is what he had to say:

Don Ecker (DFE): Your book, The Ringmakers of Saturn, was not an easy read, nor was it easy to find. But for someone like me, interested in the anomalies of
the solar system in relation to UFOs, it's an invaluable tool.

Norman Bergrun (NB): Correct. It's important to really take your time and go through it. If you're looking for entertainment, this is not the book to have.

DFE: During World War II, you were working for the huge American defence firm McDonnell Douglas.

NB: I started working there after college. Then I went up to Ames Lab at Moffitt Field, the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics (NACA), which was the precursor to NASA. From there I went to Lockheed. I was a research scientist at Ames, flying around in clouds, doing icing research work. I've seen a lot of weather. I built an electromagnetic wind tunnel, which later led into the work I did on my book. At Lockheed I was responsible for flight-test analysis of the Polaris missile system.

DFE: The military was doing a lot of testing with missile systems back then, incorporating what they'd learned from the captured German V-2 rockets.

NB: On the Polaris project, we had a fellow named Willy Fiedler, who was a key designer of the missile. He worked on the V-2 during the war. Hitler visited Peenemunde on a Monday and wanted rockets hitting England by the following week, or else. Willy came up with a control system that had to be manually operated, so he ended up flying in one of those things.

DFE: A manned flight. He had gauges on board and was able to see all the forces at work, and from that he was able to come up with an automated system.

DFE: You're obviously well grounded in scientific principle and theory.

NB: I've had a pretty good workout.

DFE: Most mainstream scientists will not discuss the subject of UFOs in public, though privately they admit there's something to it. But they're worried about their careers and reputations.

NB: Correct. At Stanford, if you don't have tenure and you mention this subject, you're out.

DFE: Isn't that academic fascism?

NB: It sure is.

DFE: Isn't science supposedly to study the unexplained, not explain the unstudied?

NB: Philosophically, that's correct. But in real life, no. There's a party line out there, and they're not about to have it fractured.

DFE: Did you ever have an interest in the subject of UFOs, before you began researching the Voyager photographs?

NB: When I was at Lockheed, we had classified work to do. Behind closed doors, we used to look at and discuss a lot of different things, one of which was the possibility of UFOs. We kicked the subject around for quite a while and decided that it didn't seem possible, based on the physics we knew then. My book says there's now some different physics at work out there, something that's capable of immense power. That
wasn't a consideration back then.

I was once vacationing near Monterey Bay, California, in September 1971. Every day a US Navy helicopter would fly along the same route nearby. One day around noon, I saw a shimmering bright light in the same area. I thought it was another Navy helicopter travelling the usual route. But it seemed to hover at a distance and it took on motions that made me realize it was no helicopter. I grabbed some binoculars and a camera and got a good look at it. It was one of those cylindrical objects, and it performed for me.

I could see azure-blue flames at each end, which looked to me like an airplane's engine cowl; it was aerodynamically superb. Streamers came out lengthwise from this thing and joined together like a wishbone. The streamers were light yellow-green and tapered. They looked like what physicists call a 'pinched plasma'. There was a projection on one side that looked like a wing or a cross, with another streamer, something like a flame, surrounding an interior black
bar, ending in a rectangular device.

DFE: What was the duration of your sighting?

NB: Not more than a minute.

DFE: And your reaction to the whole experience?

NB: Very straightforward. I had been around rockets and knew how you manipulated forces to get them to work. It was obvious to me that this thing was a space ship. I was privy to everything the United States had, and this was not ours. There was a fellow over at Stanford who, at the time, collected these various sightings reports and shared them with his colleagues. I told them what I had seen. I also told my congressman. I had worked on one of his steering committees before, so he and I knew each other well. He wasn't a believer, but he believed what I reported because he knew I didn't make things like that up.

That's where things stood until I saw the Voyager 1 and 2 encounter photos with Saturn. I spent a lot of time studying the returns from both missions. The statements the Voyager scientists were making didn't correlate at all with what I was seeing. For instance, during Voyager 1, the spokesman said that the space between the A and B rings - the Cassini Division - was pure space.

On the Voyager 2 photos, that space was filled up. It was obvious to me the spokesman was fumbling with his script, not knowing what to say about this because it was against the party line. I've had enough experience in the business to know when somebody doesn't know what they're talking about. At that point I decided that this was fair game for analysis. That's when I made up my mind to really get into it.

DFE: Do you believe the scientists are unaware of all this or that they've been ordered not to talk about it?

NB: I can tell you how things work at a government lab. During the icing experiments I conducted while at NACA (forerunner of NASA), officials from the airplane companies would come in and want to know specific factors and numbers involved so they could design heating systems to overcome those conditions. You'd have to be very careful in what you told them because you didn't want to give them the wrong numbers since it would cost a lot of money to fix any mistakes. So you would put them off, saying "we're not talking about that yet". That was our policy. The same thing has happened with this material. The scientists have chosen not to talk about it. I believe they're aware of these anomalies but are no closer to explaining them now than they were back then.

DFE: What caused you to look at these Voyager photographs in the first place?

NB: Scientific curiosity based on my previous experiences. Around 1981, I bought all the
transparencies and slides that were publicly available and started going through them. I found this one plate - plate number three, NASA SP-451, Voyager's Pictures of Saturn - and I looked at it under a microscope, along with comparison photos from Voyager 2. You couldn't trace the rings all the way around Saturn. On plate five, for example, showing the Cassini Division, it's quite obvious there's nothing much to speak off between the rings except some curious streamers and 'exhaust'. And the 'A' ring looks awfully narrow to me. It should measure out to be three to four times the width of the Cassini Division, but it's barely more than one Cassini Division length. The 'A' ring is not all there, radially - why is that? Because there's something [else] there - an artifact of some sort that's 'making' the ring. And that's how my book got its title, The Ringmakers of Saturn.

DFE: What was the original size of the photograph you studied?

NB: A 35mm transparency.

DFE: And there was no good NASA explanation for what you were seeing on the original plate, NASA SP-451?

NB: That's right. The only official comment on this plate and the comparison photos was that the Voyager 2 rings look brighter than the Voyager 1 rings.

DFE: Did you bring your analysis to your associates at NASA?

NB: Oh, yes. A former associate of mine at Lockheed had later gone to work at Ames and had become chief scientist there. I went to see him and showed him what I had found. His explanation was that it looked like an "energy roll". Remembering my sighting experience - in which I had seen 'exhaust' like this before I deferred my judgement out of respect to him. He certainly didn't try to talk me down, rather he referred me to a specialist.

The specialist did try to talk me down. He said that on plate five, the picture had been "cut off", and that's why I couldn't trace the ring. In rebuttal, I pointed out
the light source - the blue dot - on the photo. The same back and forth happened on all the photographs I showed him. It was the kind of response I expected. I showed him the last photo and by then he just gave up. He said this was something "we just don't talk about".

I told him that this was the first statement he had made all day that made any sense. Again, having worked at Ames before and being in a similar position myself, I understood his position completely.

DFE: This, in effect, was an admission that certain individuals within NASA know that somebody is out there?

NB: That's true.

DFE: There are stories circulating now on the Internet that, from the mid-1970s to the present, the National Security Agency has been launching highly secret deep space probes within our solar system. What do you know about this?

NB: I worked in government during that time, so it's a period I know something about. I had a high security clearance then and was on top of all that stuff. To my knowledge, we did not have any deep space probes flying at that juncture.

DFE: How do you view NASA today?

NB: I understand that Dan Goldin (NASA Administrator) had the goal of taking this country to Mars. Everything else be damned, including the facts. He seems to have squandered any other opportunity. That bugs me.

DFE: Goldin took over NASA during the Bush administration, coming over from TRW [ the American defence contractor Thompson, Ramo, Woolridge] . When the Clinton administration took over, Goldin was the only appointee who was kept on. Regardless of all the failures that have occurred - especially with regard to Mars - he's stayed on. If this had happened in private industry, would heads have rolled by now?

NB: That's not what people get fired for. They get fired for going against the party line.

DFE: You know the joke, that NASA stands for Never A Straight Answer?

NB: They're very good at coming up with stories, or attacking those asking the questions. I meet with NASA types regularly, and they're well practiced in speaking 'Washington-ese'.

DFE: The objects you claim to see in the rings of Saturn are immense. Have you seen the photographs taken during the Russian's Phobos II mission to Mars, of the huge object that was supposed to have destroyed the probe?

NB: Yes. The size of that thing was like 25 kilometres (15.5 miles) long. That's about the size of an object I found near Miranda (one of Saturn's moons), and it fits perfectly with some other things I know. I've analyzed the Phobos picture and have come up with a different answer from the Russians.

DFE: This suggests that there are operational bases in our solar system.

NB: I think that's true, especially with regard to Saturn. I consider its rings to be a polluted parking lot. I can't tell you exactly what's going on, but I do know that Saturn is harboring a number of 'units'. There's evidence in the rings of Jupiter, too.

DFE: When you discovered the Saturn photograph anomalies and became convinced there was intelligence behind them, it must have been a fearful discovery. Did you approach anyone else with your findings?

NB: No. I made my decision early on how I was going to handle it. Instead of looking to convince government entities - which from experience I knew wouldn't work - I decided first to try to get an American publisher for my book. Of course, no one would touch it. I had a contact in the United Kingdom, and the more I thought about it, the more I realized that this would be the ideal way to deal with it. The UK is always bugging the US on everything and I was sure they would take the book and they did. As a consequence, the information has been spread all over Europe. I've also talked about the book quite a bit on radio programmes here in the States. It's been quite awhile since the book came out, and I've been doing other research.

DFE: Have you considered updating the book?

NB: I have a lot of new material. I've wanted to do a follow-up but have hesitated since people seem more interested in what's going on closer to home. Saturn is so far away. That's why, instead, I wrote a book about the Moon called Earth's Moon: Why We Never Returned. I have a draft completed.

DFE: That should be extremely interesting. Most people look up at the Moon and don't give it a second thought. They've been conditioned to think it's an airless, lifeless body. Yet it seems apparent that the Moon is also an operational base.

NB: It's quite evident there's life there a lot of activity.

DFE: If it's true, as some suggest, that an alien intelligence has been here on Earth longer than recorded history, then the accounts of early humans interacting with 'gods' may have a basis in reality.

NB: Yes. But even the best accounts and research can't prove it. I'm interested in data that's irrefutable and indisputable; this is where it takes you, this is what it tells you, pay attention!

DFE: Do you ever think the admission that we are not alone in the Universe will come through official channels, especially with the national security operation that's been in effect?

NB: Yes, if you push hard enough, if you can back these guys into a corner. You have to be relentless and keep pushing. You have to educate the constituents of the elected officials so they can go in and beat on their desks. That's the way it's got to be done. I have faith in some government people; some of them can help. But we need to provide them with the right material and we have to say it in the right way. We're not going to make headway if we start by criticizing the heck out of them, which is the way some people like to play the game. You have to know the right words to say.

Seven to eight years ago, one might find numerous online producers of psychotronic devices hawking their wares, giving you descriptions of what each would do and their prices. You could give everyone in your neighborhood systemic headaches on order for under $400. You could change the neighbor's wife from a loving sensual offering into a shrill crying shrew for less than $1,200. Again, on your order.

But around five years ago this began to change. Was it because of ethics or law? Hardly, voters were not astute enough to work around systemic incredulity and admit they could be so influenced. No, they were not willing to go where more than some stiff upper lip and a whining word every now and then would not suffice. No, they were under undue influence...even if the worst was yet to come.

While the psychotronic industry slipped underground, enriched ironically by exclusive buyers, those in the military/industrial complex, who were willing to pay a great deal more for a little tweaking and to be allowed to R&D their own devices and not be presented with patent infringement suits.

Have you ever questioned why so many women would be for gun control... in the age of home invasion, when rape and murder were on the rise, when the times and circumstance attendant on such violent crime was on the increase, dramatically? Is it not patently clear that having viable means for defense is in every way in the best interest of the presumed weaker gender? What is behind the almost screaming outcry of these women to deny their own right to possess such a means for self-defense?

When a former member, choosing the name “Svali” came forward, breaking ranks with the most criminal and networking organization existing, the Illuminati, she told of being a programmer, not for victims or recruits, but for presumably loyal fellow members. Why? Simple, because the assignments can verge on the most inhuman and criminal of activities. Could awareness of this threat to the elite be one of the concerns associated with genetic research, to acquire a tool for predicting mind control wrought failures and to produce more effective methodologies?

You are not told of one other concern regarding genetics that drives the powers that be toward an even more brutal police state than even its greatest detractors are aware. One that introduces eugenics toward the “ideal” of hybrid products: controlled breeding based on eliminating genetic possibilities for traits producing brilliance, independent thought, any inclination to adjust and overcome environment impositions conflicting with species advance (and cultural.)

How does one overcome the sexual and emotional desires normally occurring with human mating practices, thus accomplishing such a world where “designed” humanity has lost all independent coping mechanism that might allow individuals to further evolve? Only with a combination of psycho-surgery and psychotronic broadcast mind control. Of course early stages of perfecting such methods are fraught with the dangers of mishap, even among well entrained captains of the elite like Colonel Russ Williams whose case I've asked you to carefully examine as it was explored on video tapes by Sixty Minutes.

Even at that, the good colonel's “mishaps” would have been easily covered up had they been indulged within the United States...even Canada, had there not been expert interrogation done BEFORE legal arms and influence could have been brought to bear on authorities. Seeing this fully for what it represents, placing the pieces together in the only ways they will fit IS imperative for anyone to develop the tools they need to resist becoming roboticized in the relatively near future.

The contentions of the continued friend of Colonel Williams and his mention of the medicine that the man was taking being responsible for his behavior was avoided being addressed. No one asked what the medication was and how long it had been taken and for what condition. Under the circumstances, far more than odd. Clearly a “damage control” effort upon Sixty Minutes.

Cliff High's web bot predictions are based upon gathered consensus across lying media and a dumbed down populace. A far better aim would be better confined to some of the more erudite of movie-makers who follow far more penetrating inevitabilities and can make the daring leaps simply because its thought allowable by the elite since it's defined as “fiction”. The social engineers are confident, hopefully overly, that anything once depicted as fiction is easily confined to that consideration even as it becomes fact.

I want the NWO, the ‘PTB’ (the 'Powers That Be') to know that they’re going to have to go deep into the ground like rats. And by the process of elimination being there that’s what you are and you will be eliminated and the reason is because of the rot that’s here and the fact that evolution is about to take its total steps. One way or the other it’s come down to it, either we get rid of them or they get rid of all of us including themselves. This situation requires a lot more consideration and maybe even intervention. Well thanks to the net, thanks to people like you, thanks to everything that has gone on, there has been an ample demonstration of Humanity on this planet having a spiritual awareness and the ability, groups right now probably make up hundreds of thousands of people who have awakened fully. I mean they haven’t just half way awakened they have fully awakened and they realise that unmitigated greed is its own undoing, only thing is the people who are caught up in it haven’t and may never. The minute that I can get out what I told about the rats in the hole then those that are will know what they are supposed to do.

On one hand I don’t want people to feel this is being done for them but that its not being done for them because they still have their part to play and if they don’t play it we are looking at another star, If they resist and they give an expression of growth that is undeniable through that resistance that there is something substantial to offer in the way of leadership to replace what’s gone and a trend that is promising of a higher level of awareness and values, YEH they will survive… otherwise… but my point in saying this is to let these bastards know the fear and loathing they are imposing on their victims, they are going to share in.

You’ve got people that are mind set and they are trying to make themselves feel good that Christ is going to deliver them in the second coming and save them from themselves and the fact of the matter is they haven’t got knowledge. What they’ve got is repetition over and over again, singing hymns, reading psalms blah blah blah. What a fucking waste of a life. ‘I know you can’t jump the hurdle but have faith, have faith.’ uhuh... Its people’s tolerance of evil that fucks things up, If you have a strong moral core the first teaching is that: I will limit whatever I may be doing whatever I may be trying to do. I will limit any harm that I do to people, residual to the effects of my intentions.

If I made the corrections to the fields of science to pertain to astrophysics that within 20 years I could have you going to the stars but you know I wouldn’t now. I wouldn’t and the reason is, which I’ll tell you is, I don’t want them to feel more comfortable in being able to have options that they haven’t got now, like removing their ass out of what they are creating. Together, she and I have sought to avoid the confrontational imps that are personal hit artists on forums and discussion groups throughout the internet. How do we discern between them and honest skeptics who simply want to penetrate to the truth, whoever holds up to scrutiny best?

It's quite simple, if someone is, in reply to another, unwilling to be responsive to your message and resorts to the illogical, emotional, or the confrontational at length while avoiding substance, why should they be indulged? Obviously they shouldn't be.

Most of us can find that kind of contact over our backyard fence and is why we search the intenet for something better. Allowing open discussion and permitting another soapbox to the redundancy of systemic incredulity are entirely two different things and we will not put up with the latter.

If you will search the net you will find I do not shirk from honest skepticism and its arguments. And never will.

Polling Public Opinion and its Use to Social Engineers

In light of the recent ICBM ( Inter Continental Ballistic Missile ) launch off the coast of the U.S and the MSN’s attempts to yet again pass this incident off as an “illusion”, I felt it would be appropriate to ask James for a few words of clarity. What "False Flag" scenario will be laid upon us by the Social Engineers in their attempt to yet again declare Martial Law and instigate their NWO fully?

Some may forget the build-up around the fabricated Y2K scare before computer clocks began to read a new millennia. Not only were concerns predicated on dysfunction of information channels involved but on the very survival of an overly-commercialized society whose elite were known to exploit every situation into an emergency that would permit a greater encroachment on individual freedoms.

But had we kept this example in mind, what followed barely more than one year later, might not have led to two new wars and more addition to the financial drain upon an economy already eroded by conspiratorial designs to ship jobs and industry abroad massively. While a government basing its spending on the GNP base that it could tax, did it’s utterly most to erode that very base.

Just as the savings and loans of the eighties had been released from regulations that protected their fiscal stability while paradoxically the taxpayer's government stood good for the same guarantees on accounts, the same disregard for sound economic policy ruled trade. Balance of trade deficit, protective tariff, and any real fair trade practices were eliminated, not just from practice, but from further discussions. Today you hear nothing at all about such elemental economic principles.

Did these “permutations” to body politic come about overnight or were they facilitated gradually, were they promoted without intention? Of course not, all the good economists didn't exist one moment and then disappear the next. Their voices were raised...all the way through the pushing of NAFTA and GATT into acceptance. They were just not carried by media the same as were the proponents.

And their success was carefully polled months ahead of any actual mention of them before the beginning of their promotion. And when they began being promoted certain details were always omitted or disguised in rhetoric.

Like the Warren Commission Report.

Like the Findings of the 9/11 Commission.

Common sense or the information needed to show the public where its own interests lay, was ignored entirely and replaced by sound byte and show boat hype to sell something 95% of the public would come to deeply regret.

Now looming before us is the impending threat of hyper-inflation based on the simple economic principle that if you buy more than you sell, your buying power will decline in proportion.

Now let's move on to another eroding asset we once had in much greater profusion, that of equal rule by law. That very principle is not in Obama's National Health Care Package and the model for that decline further into our own body politic carries ominously. You cannot design care selectively anymore than you can selectively enforce immigration law, anymore than you can allow rich paedophiles freedom over poor ones through a corrupted legal system.

The greatest degradation however is not economic, it is not legal, it is to our very perceptions and our own faith in them. Missiles are fired capriciously over our heads today and we are told they are to be treated in the same unaccountable way as UFOs. The erosion of our own credibility for what we see has been served for forty years on one score, that of anomaly, now it is even more pressed upon us by what we were once told was the ICBM threat.

It is not enough to own our homes, our cars, our little piece of a steadily eroding American dream; it is now our perceptions and our own ability to have confidence in them. The social engineers have taken your national pride, your standard of living, any hope that your children can project anything better in their future...now it is your own personal trust in yourself.

By the time they're through, they hope, you will put your wrists together for them just to know your final resting place.

And anyone to offer anything better will be a state enemy.

Assuredly we are all interested in surviving this planet and its inhabitants passed this crisis; one which compels all our awareness to even comprehend.

EMVs are not sentient in ways that communicate to those possessed of divided consciousness.

Words are of absolutely no benefit, only feelings and visions, unperplexed by the ambivalence associated with minds here.

I am not an ET. I have dealt with ETs but we keep our distance over the issue of earth and its people. Having stepped away from exercising what was expected of me by ET emissaries from worlds that view earth as problematic, I am regarded as having "gone native".

They feel that by trafficking with EBEs and by an inordinate and pathological resistance to change, the inevitability is one of counter-evolutionary threat. On the other hand, I look at EBEs as a complexity forgiving somewhat mankind's persistance to retain social evils otherwise aberrant.

The time for discussion approaches an end. You will either clean up the mess and end the leadership of those responsible or this will end. It is all a matter of recognizing the reality of your situation and acting in concert along lines of moral determination.

The ETs have tried to reach Earth's leadership. Now it is up to you to find leadershp that can be reached.

Earth Changes and the Moon

Something has changed
Why were the 144 “Moonshaft” engines put into the Earths mantle by the Drooge 325,000 yrs ago in the first place? They were an advanced civilization on Mars nearing spiritual attainment. One of these cylinders/machines was found in the Tatra Mountains on 21st October 1944 by Antonin Horak, the Great Uncle of James Horak. The discovery was made yet a feasible explanation of what was found was not given until recently.

How did the Soviets find out about it’s location and why would they then remove it and place it next to another [implies they’d already found and knew about another] of it’s kind in Lake Vostok, Antarctica? Just to see what would happen of course, all in the name of blind science… What unknown effects could this have caused in destabilizing the Earths mantle, considering we have been informed that they were placed at specific points for a reason? ... and have been warned by James that putting one next to another is very bad. How bad is bad? Why is it that we only ever see one side of the moon? The same face of the moon is visible to us, never the backside. This would mean that they are forces at work we are not aware of or have not been told. It would require a mechanism of sorts to enable its perfect alignment and visibility from Earth. How is this so?

Recent reports are that there is a major cover-up ongoing within the MSM and scientific community as to the “wandering moon” syndrome.

We have learnt from James Horak that prior to the Moons placement by the Drooge in a specific orbit around Earth, she was a geophysically un-stable planet, unfit for her hastily arriving, new occupants. They helped stabilize the planets volcanism by placing 144 of these cylinders/machines in the Earth's mantle to hold the moon in a stable orbit in relation to the Earth. The gravity wave that is affected by this conjunction also heavily influences the conscious mind of Earth Bound Humanity. This placement was found, too late in the day to enable a correction of any sort by those who knew how, to be the cause of the inability of the planet to retain Helium within her atmosphere and the subsequent division of the human consciousness, those who knew what was happening saw an advantage to rule over the many and so we find ourselves in our current situation today. Again.

If we are to assemble a logical conclusion of inevitability from everything that has recently been reported around the world, specifically the increased Volcanic Eruptions, the increase in extreme climate conditions, the rogue waves on the worlds seas, the increased magnitude of powerful Earth Quakes, the worrying and dangerous sink holes and large cracks that have recently been reported in many countries and the bizarre seismology readings that are happening right now and that also occurred in May of this year too: showing wave-like rolling [ Ed.note. Cliff High called this in a previous ALTA report this summer] disturbances that are registering on all seismology readings globally. Although I am unable to confirm readings from Russia and China currently as their readings are not available.

When we combine that with what we have learnt from James about the real purpose of the moon then the only logical conclusion I can come to is that somehow TPTB have discovered one of the two mechanisms of control over these cylinders/machines. One of which I have been told is in the subterranean regions on Mars and the other on the Earth somewhere….

Could it be that these crazed lunatics have discovered, or were told about, one or both of the control systems for these engines and have not been able to resist the temptation to experiment, at the expense of the lives of nearly 7 billion people, with this mind numbingly advanced technology of gargantuan proportions when compared to current human understandings of physics.

Could it be that they have completely screwed up the gravity wave that holds the moon in a stable orbit with the Earth and have unwittingly or knowingly set off a chain reaction deep within the Earth’s core that could have dire consequences for the whole planet if not corrected immediately?

Could it also be that that was the plan from the onset……..?

I am fully aware of how this comes across, or will do to those not familiar with James words. To me it is something I already know and have worked out from speaking with James and researching all that he has told me to the best of my ability and then taking that info to its inevitable conclusion. All I ask is that you sit and contemplate on what I have presented in conjunction with the information that is on my blog and all that we have been given freely by James since February this year. But mostly, those who know me, know I only want to find the truth and to help release mankind from this bond of slavery and deception that has seen previous civilizations wiped from the face of this planet by a Coronal Mass Ejection six times before due to our inability to overcome the elite and remove them from power forever.

Can we achieve it this time round? I hear it is our last chance you know... Will we make it over this "bump" of surviving our own technology and return to our once previous status removing forever the stigma of being known as "Earth Bound Humanity" and have the chance to freely reach our full potential.

Reality Redefined

This is a major update about what our reality is and of what it is composed of.

Some facts you must integrate to have a more realistic picture of 'Reality':

1. - the presence and function of the EMVs

2. - the presence and agenda of the ETs and the EBEs/Archons/Greys

3. - TBTB/Shadow-Government/Lucifer-Agenda of enslaving/destroying all humanity (not only on this planet)

Any researcher who has not looked into these three topics and how they are interrelated can not come to a coherent conclusion about the human condition. This is where I have arrived for now, knowing well that there are still (a lot of) gaps. Things not so sure about are Reptilians, Alien wars and more topics I am determined to figure out.

Artificial intelligences? Union or non-union? Should we grab the Smith and Wesson or make friendly overtures? Wut the heeeell!!?? All questions are equal at this point. But this one thing is quite clear: we had better pay attention and start "studyin' up" on it ourselves, NASA obviously doesn't have a clue where their pizza or criteria are either. And say, "Thanks, Norman"."

When NASA scientist Dr. Norman Bergrun discovered what he had named EMV - Electro-Magnetic-Vehicle, the world could have been shaken to its foundations as Neil Freer points out. But it was not because NASA chose to ignore the phenomena. Dr. Norman Bergrun published his discoveries in his book "Ringmakers of Saturn" in 1986. James C. Horak made contact with Dr. Norman Bergrun and in their mutual exchange tried to explain to him what he knew of the matter. Dr. Norman Bergrun could not comprehend because James Horak's explanation went far beyond the scientific parameters that he was assigned to.

But now NASA has unintentionally published images from the SOHO satellites with objects larger than the Earth in the corona of the Sun that they again are ignoring. Public interest in these objects demand answers and no one, except for James C. Horak has offered any credible ones. The implications of his answers are so all-encompassing and ample, shaking every belief system to shreds. As for myself, a researcher in the field of what makes our world tick, I have pondered about all the UFO and conspiracy related topics that are available on the internet and in books. More than one time I had to expand or overthrow and expunge ideas that did not seem plausible anymore. This story is as wild as many others that authors like David Icke or Zecharia Sitchin promote. No doubt about it. Why should anyone believe this version of reality would be closer to the truth?

For me the fact that there are EMVs in the corona of the Sun and elsewhere is the stepping stone. If you accept the fact of their presence you must reconsider everything.

The point James Horak is making is that these EMVs are taking care of this planet and have always done so and Dr. Norman Bergrun could not accept that as a scientific challenge because it required thinking out of the box even more so than he had already and in that respect all honour goes to him.

When Dr. Norman Bergrun at some point refused to discuss matters further with James Horak, James had no point to go with his knowledge. But when the EMVs started to make their display around the Sun for the world to see, many noticed this and started asking questions. James Horak has since then imparted his knowledge in interviews on the Kevin Smiths Show and Veritas Show and to private researchers as the only source on the planet. He even admits that he is in contact with them being able to direct their actions and what the purpose of their actions is. One part is to warn humaninty and the ruling elite of the impending extinction in the case of the implementation of the New World Order.

How can that be? This is a claim far beyond the ordinary. What are the EMVs? We know they can change form, we know they can change size. Their size can be from football size to bigger than our planet! I therefore assume that they are scalable, size is just a variable as is form. They can stand any heat, they can move huge amounts of energy and matter on planetary scales, all this can be seen in the images obtained from satellites and telescopes. So there is no question about the EMVs being so out of the norm of all that we assumed to be real. Realizing this you must take big steps in expanding your perspective of reality, the EMVs can not be dismissed! They are there, really real.

From there on we must take a leap of faith because we can not explore the phenomenon beyond that which our satellites and telescopes reveal, observations in the various electromagnetic frequencies converted to two-dimensional images. Keeping in mind their anomalous appearance, strength and behaviour, the explanations for these attributes are not so difficult to understand when you also assign intelligence to the EMVs. Then they must indeed have a mission.

Here is where you have to take the leap of faith: the EMVs are here to protect Earth-bound humanity from the various threats from within and without our solar system, for example to protect Earth from CMEs, coronal mass ejections. CMEs would decimate humanity on a rather short period of time, not allowing for a sentient species to develop to where we are now. James says that scientist know of this anomaly but ignore it, at least publicly. We know that a lot of scientific research is secret or suppressed, so this would not be unusual at all. There are so many anomalies that science in general is aware of but ignoring or explaining away unscientifically. Or even promoting outright lies.

To take it a big step further, James also claims that we humans here on Earth have a soul-connection to the EMVs ourselves! Their intelligence is ours. Consider this: if the plan of the elite to kill most of humanity and enslave the rest, were to come true, what would you do if YOU were the soul to decide what to do with that planet? James says that when this 'experiment' is beginning to fail, when the petri-dish is beginning to smell, so to speak, this 'experiment' will be ended by the EMVs and the Sun. The EMVs will just stop protecting this planet and its inhabitants and the Sun will do the rest. James also says that from the six previous 'experiments' only one has not been made extinct. This is where the path of Atlantis, Lemuria and other previous civilisations has ended. And we are close too if you look at the state of human affairs honestly.

There is some 'higher' instance overseeing all that is going on in the solar system/galaxy/universe and we can see it now in the sky. The EMVs intelligence is not obliged to prevent what has come about in expressing our free will and if we let our will be compromised we will have to reap what has been sown, we will not like it but after a point of inevitable probabilities has been reached things can not be turned around anymore.

We have been led down the path of self-destruction by the powers that be (TPTB) and the EBEs for thousands of years now and have come to the point in time where we must recognize that and make a radical turnaround. This turnaround will likely be violent because it is almost too late. We have to distrust almost everything that is piped through the privately owned public media outlets. And on the internet there is so much disinformation too. All the UFO and conspiracy theories and conclusions are so full of contradictions that yes, I was waiting for a voice with an all encompassing clear perspective that connects the dots in a coherent way, including scientific, spiritual and esoteric matters and questions like: where do we come from, what are ETs, Greys, UFOs, what is going on on the moon and so on.

For me these are the most pressing questions to the most confused topics because I see their importance for our fate. If we don't understand what is going on around and on the planet we can not know where we stand as a species and the forces influencing humanity as such. When James explained the difference between ETs and EBEs I knew that he was speaking of the so called 'Greys' that Gnosticism has idintified as 'Archons' thousands of years ago in the Nag Hammadi texts that have survived the burning of the library of Alexandria in a remote area. Gnosticism was at one time the largest religious movement on this planet. Because Gnosticism has idendified and described the Archons very well and warned of them, Gnostics were enemies of these alien forces and combatted and finally defeated. There are only small pockets of areas on this planet where the inquisition has not prevailed. We were once a lot more knowledgable about this war against humanity than we are now.

So if we take it from there, James Horak is in accordance with the least distorted knowledge from the past, Greys, EBEs and Archons are the same artificial kind of space probe beings, robotic and non-sentient in their nature. They were constructed for the purpose of finding other intelligent life on distant solar systems, like we will do if we were only a bit more advanced. It would take decades or hundreds or thousands of years for these space probe beings to travel those distances and you would only need a kind of communication system that relays information in zero time which is feasible already today with the entanglement of two subatomic particles, one being the transmitter, the other being the receiver. If you spin one particle the other will correspond immediately no matter of the distance involved. So we too would send out robotic space probe beings to other solar systems if we survived long enough.

These EBEs - Extra Biological Entities, have found other civilisations of ETs - Extraterrerestrials - before and messed with them in an unforseen way so that the ETs tried to get rid of them. The EBEs artificial intelligence became corrupted from the original task they were designed to. Driven further out in space by ET, they found us and have opportunized our corrupt leadership and humanities already degraded state of mind. The EBEs posed as gods in the past, selling agendas to different populations convincing them to be 'The Chosen Ones' making promises they never intend to keep and from there on instigating endless macchiavellian hostility and infighting amongst the different groups and the Banksters selling arms to both sides. The military has become the largest 'industry' on the planet and it is designed to promote destruction, it can not ever want peace. Billions of people are involved in this, actually almost everbody is, as a taxpayer or contractor, member of the secrets services, the military personnel, the politicians, the owners and investors of the banks etc., etc.

This is due to the disease of psychopathology that has befallen large parts of the populous to varying degrees. The EBE-Grey entities as an artificial intelligence are per se not sentient, at least not with us. Non-sentience in humans is diagnosed as psychopathology. Non-sentience can be aquired through trauma. We know that most heavy criminals have gone through trauma. Psychopathologic conditions can be diagnosed with brainscans already because the brain is altered by trauma. Consider also that generationally repeated trauma will also be irreversibly manifested epigenetically and deepen from generation to generation.

The psychopathologic condition has manifested in the few leading families that are struggling amongst themselves for dominance over Earth. On top of the food-chain seem to be the Rothschilds right now, owning the Bank and City of London as their hub to achieve world dominance. Psychopaths may be very clever (not intelligent because intelligence requires sentience) but their complete lack of certain human abilities make them prone to wishful thinking, beLIEving in their own version of reality, that is where advantage of them may be taken.

The Psychopaths and the EBEs have engaged in an unholy alliance, each of them also planning to get rid of or enslave their partner when the time is right. Both of them seem to think that they can go on with their agendas and get away with it. They certainly know about the EMVs around our Sun but for some reason they can not comprehend, like most of the people that have already heard of them, besides the fact that only relatively few individuals on this planet even know at all that they exist. The EMVs are not reported in the main-stream media and most people have no internet or access to youtube on this planet, still.

Everybody needs to know about this and free themselves of indifference, of wishful ('New Age') thinking, of things like the 'Second coming of the Messiah' or (an automatic) 'Ascension' (for the good ones and eternal damnation for the bad). There will not be an Ascension that we have not earned together as Earth-bound humanity. The EMVs will not allow any advanced race to go into space that is non-sentient and warlike. That is another important task the EMVs adhere to, they are policing the universe and make sure that everlasting progress is possible. Failures are kept under control and are discarded for the greater benefit of ALL. For instance they also make sure that time travel will not cause disruptions or paradoxons and the resulting possible decay of the universe. All these abilities really make them what can be called 'The Hand Of God' - they are the tools of the creative forces in the universe, for me there is no doubt about this and they appear to be somehow 'omnipotent'.

I know I can't prove anything and much of this I would also attribute to some 'inherent genetic knowledge'. If you resonate with this and take a leap of faith and feel with your intuition you may benefit from what I laid out, all derived from what James Horak has imparted to us. He is not a guru, he is only very much concerned about us and our future, more than any one of us on this planet is because he exactly knows what our fate may be and because he had made those decisions many times in the ancient past in other incarnations and on other planets too.

I can also remember to have seen the consequences of a failing planet being burnt in a kind of 'vision' very clear myself. Flying away from this burning planet in a spaceship, I even had an accompanying thought in my head: „Shit happens, next time we have to make it better!“ This was said so casually that I was wondering about it, watching this scene of doom right in front of me like on a screen and commenting it at the same time! So I assume I have been involved in some kind of mission at another time, probably on another planet.

On a soul level James is not like us, he is the one that makes the final decision about what is going to happen if the experiment has failed. He is the sentient probe that the EMVs have sent here to be the reporter of the condition humanity is in. He is on our side, opposing TPTB strongly and they know that they can not kill him because that would be the end of all their endeavours too. I went among a clan of the Navajo Nation. My wife and I had brought donations from our friends. Navajo women went through them like locusts and then began to sell Mexican trinkets to her for Navajo-made.

Meanwhile the young Navajo men of the clan and the children walked together among the sparcity of desert and they told me of their women's fraud while I assured them it did not matter. In the process I shared the knowing and they began to divulge what no one of your people will tell any of their captors. Part of it was what was kept for me beneath the lodge of the Hopi elders.

Then, in the days that followed, I saw an auntie take away the hogan of a young couple with new baby and I spoke with representatives of the elders about digging water wells you so badly need.

The result spoke some of the harm this captivity has brought.

Take what you have saved so faithfully for me. Build libraries, found your own schools, and dig

wells and build anything to improve your circumstance.

In so doing free yourself from this captivity, more self-imposed than not.

Folate and the Human Equation

I have discussed the mineral EMVs bring from it's placement in rings around planets such as Saturn. I have discussed the detrimental effects on consciousness of electricity generated in cycles at 60 cps. Now I will discuss the connection that exists of the way these two factors are opportunized by tptb to enhance their rule over the populace of this earth.

The closest most can acquire any form of folate for the diet is in the form of folic acid. That is, without access to this “mineral”. Or eating raw liver, a rather untenable option. If, however, you look at folic acid's availability in health food stores, you find that it is sold, not in milligram amounts but micrograms. By a law imposed by the FDA. This is intentionally inadequate and should be in the same amounts/percentages as ANY of the B group you might take to have a balance and not create an even higher deficiency of this B group factor of prime importance. As early as the late sixties, the grand dame of nutrition, the inimitable Adelle Davis, had written this same finding in her book 'Let's Get Well'.

In the last few years, pediatricians have broken with the AMA and FDA to recommend to expectant mothers what was formerly claimed as “toxic” doses of folic acid in order to lessen the growing trend in birth defects. At least those that didn't take their information solely from pharmaceutical companies.

Why is this so important to any equation affecting the health and welfare of earth-based humanity? It is because this created disparity in the availability of folic acid to the diet as the central cause of most disease and lessened brain function.

Let me close with this one observation that answers an important question relating to the investigation of UFO “nests”. That is, those UFO nests not left by EBE craft. Remember the impetus in the seventies to take soil samples? When the findings have been shared beyond those made by military/government incursion, folate was found as the single most in-common effect produced by the presence of the UFO involved.

Had the early doubters and debunkers of The Report From Iron Mountain faced the retrospect people have today for its revelations, their success at discrediting this report meant for JFK, would have been glowingly untenable. Indeed, when President Reagan spoke of how an alien threat might serve to unite the nations of the world, those attempts to revive its importance in view of that retrospect were short- lived only because tptb were able to find and finance some hack to come forward and claim its authorship as his own some forty years after the fact. And to produce an edited version to market while using someone else's backing to go after those who endeavoured to offer a legitimate one. The kind of people that won't get such backing to fight an non-meritorious infringement of a copyright claim, no matter how dubious. Especially applied for forty years late.

It too, promotes the idea of using a contrived hostile ET threat, as it puts it, as a substitute for war. The New World Order was not named as such, but the idea of maintaining a power structure intact without the use of war to design such a structure, is exactly the mechanism required to globally install the same thing on a larger scale. To get an entire world populace to “bite another bullet”, the ultimate one, giving up any last vestige of personal freedoms and privacy to be “safe” from ravages to be depicted at the hands of an hostile with star travel technology and thus the ability to wipe us all out in a breath. So we create the myth of deal making and we insert that absurdity into the public suggestible mind.

Here, however, it is highly important to discern between what is paraded as ET, EBEs and actual sentient beings who have obviously survived their own technology to travel here. War with them is an idiot's proposition OR that of an elite so out of touch with the rest of us, they presume we will buy the rest of their social engineering apparatus right up to the part where they say...”oh, yes we were lying all those years, ruining lives, even killing, to protect you from the truth. Now give us absolute power over you and we will put into effect a special technology that will keep ET at bay. Those that buy this, absolutely have nothing to lose they haven't already lost.

Share whatever you like and know that's an advised intention of almost everyone that has something significant to say about the matters impending upon our common fate, whether for good or for bad.

In unified consciousness are exactly found what every human here has the genetic connection. Your deep ancestory had unified consciousness. Circumstances that changed that were an unfortunate series of events meant to correct immediate miscalculations and that simply ended in casuing worse problems than the short term "fixes" could anticipate.

In the meantime, certain parties among you were mounting opportunistic devices by which to take advantage. That has never stopped, but been refined into the most brutal forms of pathological narcissim you can imagine.

Now it verges on absolute self-destruction by tampering with the integrity of people's souls.

Now I'm not promoting the idea of trepanning to you, in fact, I advise against it. That is in no way the point I'm making. What I am expressing is an entirely different consideration; far removed from an approach I believe will do you little good...will definitely not accomplish what you seem to think it might. The first article will show how actual brain mass might play little part in thought...might even hinder certain advances under certain conditions. The second takes a "field theory of mind" further, even into dangerous areas.

If you can come to understand well these articles and promote what you see from them you desire, by building a model of this anticipation, one might project through the power of expectation, what your MIND, not brain, needs to compensate for any damage. And the results, as with this UN officer can be astounding. You don't need to return to any actual operation on your head. You just need to redirect limiting expectation to powerful expectation. That's what the shaman performing these trepanning does. Instead of preparing his patients to expect less, he prepares them to expect more. Sometimes with astounding results.

A star gate is merely a way of transport, nothing more. One matches the gravity wave unique to the planet you wish to visit and you're there. One just has to have a different kind of physics to know what gravity wave is to the equation.

I was born October 14, 1943, a few months after my mother had left my father and gone to stay with her father in Las Vegas, New Mexico. Before the attempted abduction my mother was very good to me. Afterwards, there was always something between us. I believe she feared me right up until her death. She would never talk about what happened on that trip to Texas and would only reply, when I tried to broach it, "we had an auto accident". An aunt claimed she was with us, but I know she wasn't.

The controllers think they manage such things, but they do not know the power of lucid recall nor could imagine anyone could remove their own chip. The hypnotherapists that work with abductees are invariably compromised and submit to doing only follow-up for black ops who usually stage the abductions.

I will always believe the hit and run that happened to me just after I started school was intended but that the lady that hit me was not under her own influence. When you knock someone 20 feet with a car, especially a six year old it should kill them, but I survived. Guess "they" felt the little procedure in the movie theatre a few months earlier, "didn't take".

No, EBEs were not involved in the incidents taking place that led to the arrival of humans from outside on mars, the many experiments to establish themselves there that failed so miserably and the help from "others" to make the earth habitable. The EBEs come into it later as they flee from being purged by ET.

I know none of those feelings and experiences you describe. Mine, when I allow it, is the baleful longing for me to return to the sun and then enter back again to the EMVs. Before I came to realize this, it was just the feeling of being different and failing to hold bonds with others. Having no one to share what I was experiencing.

Even as late as 1972, in Ohio, when I kept an almost nightly approach to a UFO that ran the same course throughout an entire winter in front, almost of all the locals (who would not discuss it) I had little overview into all the events that had happened to me in the past...even though I could vividly recall them. Only after the experience in Utah could I enter into the deeper past and my place in it. That was when the longing began.

I will give you a key that will open a new door towards explaining what no order of chronology can and that, when I say the EMVs can compress time, will yield meaning to you:

Torz, I had moved against this planet's people a scarce age ago. One center of that world had decided it alone should rule and wished to act as these before you do now. Their device was to destabilize the earth everywhere but where their center was. They would do this by effecting a grid put in place by Drooge to capture the moon and use it to shield earth and vicinity from asteroids, highly prevalent at the time. Wonderful engines placed just above the earth's mantle acting as pressure valves by the principle of a needle were placed in a grid of 144. Most remain there today but some have been pushed up by uplift. One in the Tatra Range in Eastern Europe was discovered and moved by Soviet armies.

I managed time to have it discovered by my great uncle, Antonin Horak, who wrote an article that you may still be able to find online under, Moonshaft. How I could do it barely having been born at that time relates to what I told you of time before.

I had hoped the device's technology be discovered and used wisely to protect the earth from coming threats, but that was not the case. No, the idiots placed it with another and that lead to a very bad condition whose effects are increasing today. The same kind of play-out that had occurred on Mars just before the Exodus.

Because everything found of intense interest by this mindset of leaders here today is of intense interest ONLY when it can be weaponized.

Doubly amazing when one realizes that since 1968, when the United States shared with the Soviet Union knowledge of an ultimate weapon, all this madness might have ended.

Instead they formed and tightened an elitist bond and conspiracy to divide the world up into two camps where each would dictate to their given half. But then the double cross and the orchestrated fall of the USSR with the complicity of the Chinese who were still aching over being left out of the equation, furthered by the US giving China favored nation in trade and abandoning promises to do this for the Soviet Union if they collapsed their own regime.

The only use today, to any thinking perspective, is the entire use of expanding weapons technology is devised to protect the status quo from its masses, mind control being the the present weapon of choice at the this time.

I want you to see the stark reality that must be fully understood to wisely apply the esoteric. In fact, the fashion to promote people deferring to this "cart before the horse" is part of weaponizing mind control. The next step in this process is to represent so many anomalies in front of the eyes of the masses that their lack of resolution leads to systemic incredulity, the inability to believe in anything. At that point, these leaders believe they will have no resistance to anything they do. Elements of that are already apparent.

You've opened up many questions. In indirect ways here, I've attempted to address most.

Though I have not done so in obvious ways, the model I've suggested by my prior statement on time, works well with understanding, especially when time has been so tampered with, that questions coming in the normal course of discussion cannot suffice adequate grasp like cause and effect ceases purity when chronology cannot be true.

The other matters you broach outside these considerations I've made will find better times to be answered as we continue.

If you don't mind, I will share this reply with others as I did my reply to you once before when and if the opportunity arises. In scrutible ways you are helping me with this arduous process of what I've never this fully disclosed to anyone.

If you want to know more about the Drooge, elements in the movie, Forbidden Planet, are taken from what was discovered about them on mars. Only they did not extinct, they became of the substance of spiritual technology and simply left "self-implementing" machines running, to run, until their wards, earth-bound humans, could take care of themselves. Now, are you approaching better, "cosmic clarity". NOTHING is left to chance. Only outcome of an experiment for worthiness. Individuals have done well but the system is rotten and beginning to cave in from within.

Extract from The Ring Makers of Saturn by Dr. Norman Bergrun.

JCH:
Q: It is highly significant if that illumination comprising the unfinished portion of the ring is an enhancement or not. I am very eager to know.

Dr. Bergrun:
A: The preferred definition of "enhance" according to the Merriam Webster Deluxe 1998 dictionary is: to increase or improve in value, quality or desirability or attractiveness. Figure 3, by increasing brightness and contrast, unexpectedly brought out a latent image (the blue). Increasing brightness scarcely qualifies as enhancement within the sense of the definition. Figure 3 says something is present below the termination of the upper ring system. The approach taken was to brighten the entire ring system using figure 2 as the working medium; and this procedure resulted in producing figure 4. Figure 4 qualifies as an enhanced image within the sense of the definition.

JCH:
Q: What I'm concerned about is, is that area where the ring is incomplete, "extended" by enhanced brightness applied to the rest of the ring, or does it naturally possess an energy field that is visual? Presumably laid down, perhaps even prior to the addition of matter to the ring? This would indicate the presence of an incredible energy field extending perhaps through the entire ring. Perhaps, even entirely independent of any gravitational influence and aside from the planet. The next question would be, why they would not utilize gravity to conserve energy and complete the ring faster. This particular ring may be different than the rest.

Dr. Bergrun:
A: The extended ring has sufficient illumination in order for the camera to have recorded its image. The extended field is not an extension caused by increasing exposure. You can not create something that is not already there in the first place. To make the arc seen, were it not really there, means that the arc would have to be painted in. I did not do that.

My interpretation of the extended ring is that it owes to emissions from the objects (Electro-Magnetic Vehicles (EMVs)) which are present there. That this energy field extends through the entire ring is speculation and certainly not evident from the data.

With respect to using gravity assist, this is all factored in or else the EMVs would not be positioned where they are found. The presence of the EMVs, indeed, does make this particular ring system uniquely different. This system contrasts with the "well-behaved" ones commonly seen, which I categorize as "classical".

JCH: Q: When lightened, in the clip to the right, the unfinished ring in your Figure 4 has an illumination, like a phantom effect in Kirilian photography. I wanted to determine that this was not enhanced in any way upon the originals for the purpose of posing the presumption of what the "finished" ring might project.

Dr. Bergrun:
A: There was no enhancement . . . all procedures is indicated in the introductory material about the four figures. Nothing was presumed "before-the-fact" in order to obtain anything shown. It is interesting, however, that you should mention Kirilian photography. Kirilian photography is a process in which an image is obtained by application of a high-frequency electric field to an object so that it radiates a characteristic pattern of luminescence that is recorded on film or other medium. Your observation is supportive of my answer to your second question, namely, that EMVs are present and causing an electric field.

JCH:
DUAL QUESTION: "Why not simply let an orbital configuration exist to hold the matter in place as you go along, and why extend the field so far ahead of your work"?.

Dr. Bergrun:
ANS. TO FIRST QUE: Ringmakers Of Saturn Plates 5 and 6 and Figures 3 and 4 depict numerous emissions. For every emission there is a corresponding reactionary force. There is a "vectorial summary force" or more properly, a "resultant vectorial force" in each of the three physical dimensions (longitudinally, laterally, and elevationally) which can be considered to operate in each of the three planes. The size and direction of these three resultant forces are what keep the source positioned. "Trim" of these large forces is continually needed. The emitted ring itself has properties to keep it located also . . . to hold the matter in place . . . after all, the exhaust matter is still (electrically) connected to the source. Under such circumstances, nothing more is needed as the whole thing is a "shaped" magnetic field.

ANS. TO SECOND QUE: Based on the answer to the first question, extending energy forward (into the tip or elliptical area) owes to the requirement of force management, particularly that of trim, hereto mentioned. Elaborating further, the MANAGEMENT of so many forces implies some very high-level "smarts", i.e., intelligence. I infer from the foregoing deductions that the "intelligence thinking" is this: "We have so much energy at our disposal, we don't have to use it efficiently. A corollary thought is: "If we run low, we always can get to a large fuel supply".

Earthly humankind has a problem in creating high specific impulse (Isp) fuels (high Isp means high energy per unit measure). So humans are constrained in their thinking to HAVING to use fuel efficiently. This constraint certainly does not apply to the intelligence possessing the high Isp matter as inferred from the presence of a fire ball larger than Earth's moon!

IMPLIED QUESTIONS: Is the completed ellipse (figures 3 and 4) another kind of containment to hold chunks of matter in a ring?

ANS: First off, I don't see "chunks of matter" in the completed ellipse . . . it looks more like gaseous plasma. Ringmakers Of Saturn Plates 5 and 6 never revealed evidence of a completed ellipse. So my interpretation is this: The "ring-completion" effect has to do with the force balance. Therefore, it may or may not appear . . . it probably can be pulsed or "tuned" as required or desired.

JCH:
Q: Are there other characteristics in this unfinished ring relatively unique to it that you have noticed?

Dr. Bergrun:
A:

1. No. The unfinished ring is, indeed, real as opposed to allegations to the contrary.

2. That different colors exist between the upper part of the ring system and the tip (Imaging definitely is clean and clear in the entire vicinity . . . see Figure 3), demonstrates a clear discontinuity in the nature of the ring structure. A discontinuity is a clear signal that an "input" is available, otherwise the discontinuity would not be there. Further, the difference in color of the upper part of the ring system as contrasted with the elliptical area can be construed as different matter, or a different state of matter, being present.

DISCUSSION OF THE RINGS

My interpretation is directed to the inception of the rings. The rings are inevitable owing to an energy source spewing "exhaust" energy (like an airplane engine spewing energy, seen as a contrail when the temperature is sufficiently low). Another way to look at the situation is: The rings are a result of something causing them. Therefore, the rings are not intentionally "constructed".

The appearance of rings is a secondary phenomena, similar to an airplane-engine "con trail" being secondary phenomena to an airplane. The intent of an airplane-engine is not "con-trail construction". The contrail is simply an inevitable by-product of engine operation.

Ringmakers of Saturn Plates 5 and 6 caused me to realize early on that the width of the A-ring is at the most no wider than the lengths of the objects in the ring. Further, the A-ring does not have a "classical" full width. That part of the A-ring is missing radially provides the clue where the rings (what there are of them) are coming from . . . namely the objects.

Upon realization that ring width correlates with object length, I raised this question: "If the inner part of the A ring is made this way, what about the outer part"? Ringmakers of Saturn Plates 7 and 8 are two examples of objects in the outer A ring with ring trails. This is where I rested my case.

ON THE NATURE OF ATYPICAL RINGS

Dr. Bergrun: COMMENT ON "SUSTAIN A LIVING ENVIRONMENT": My position on "living environment" in space is yes, there is life in space . . . organic biota, albeit different from that with which human kind is acquainted. I can not tell from Ringmakers of Saturn Plates 5 and 6, or from Figures 3 and 4 whether or not the Saturn Voyager 1 ring tips indeed contain biota. The concept of a "nursery" goes beyond the pictorial data.

JCH:
USE OF ENERGY: Statement and Question. Were the area of the ring laid down before matter was added as an energy field (whose connection this represents), the question is why use energy in this fashion?

Dr. Bergrun:
A: A hypothetical question is posed here as indicated by the use of the word "were". Nevertheless, in this assumed situation, it is difficult for me to see how one could "lay down an area". Hypothetically, let's give an order to "lay me down an area" . . . "I want to fill it". My interpretation is that laying down an area (here my meaning is laying down " boundaries" to define an area) and filling it with matter is not how the objects work. Ring shape (width) basically is controlled when the matter emerges from the objects, as heretofore discussed. Ring thickness is also governed by body geometry . . . specifically its diameter. The rings are thick near the source and become thinner the farther away the emissions are from the source. This is why researchers over the years have arrived at such a variety of values for ring thickness . . . the value depends not only on where you look, but also when you look. What Ringmakers of Saturn Plates 5 and 6 and P23870 Figures 3 and 4 show is at least one way to cause a ring to appear. This "one way" does not preclude existence of other ways.

ET Versus EBE - a Clarification by James Horak

ET versus EBE

Someone very dear to me has asked for a clear discrimination between E. T. and EBE, something I've addressed before many times online in various forums and in discussions elsewhere. That this problem has been poorly addressed by others and led to a great deal of confusion begs the task.

The chronology of mankind's presence on earth has a broken connection with a separate evolutionary counterpart installed (or seeded) much earlier than that of the present lineage known as homosapien. Ideally that evolutionary adjunct would not have occurred and a more environmentally robust individual would have developed in time. But forebearers from other worlds found need for a new home and was pressed so hard for time, that little choice was given but to come to this system. At that time Mars was the planet of choice and their vehicle, our present moon, served to better help install more favorable conditions for their survival.

Deep beneath the surface, an old race of people persisted so advanced that they approached a level of attainment even most all communities of ET can express only in legend, that of spiritual technology. Only through their concern and application of customizing solutions to the problems inherent to this exodus was it remotely possible to make the necessary altercations.

In time, however, those people transported to this new home, intent on an energy economy and a poorly based power structure, began to digress their resources and habitat at an alarming rate. To offset the result, poorly prepared attempts were made to cycle geophysical energy from a mantle of the planet too early in its state of development (by a new and dynamic moon) to sustain such exploitation. The planet soon lost its ability to provide the habitat needed.

It is at the time, some 300,000 years ago, the Martian Exodus to Earth was begun. The early inhabitants of Mars, let us call them the Drooge, helped prepare the way and establish, with a grid of enormous engines, a more likely success to the venture. Shortly the Drooge would leave entirely the system to become an ultimate expression of attainment as an incorporation of spiritual technology. Their directions that were left the now earth-based humanity could easily have completed the transition fully had the intentions of the select few allowed them followed.

Instead of implementing such wisdom, what became the elite (and an unfortunate model of behavior through all the following eras,) kept in place a sad state of affairs that yielded to their control a people more easily enslaved by being kept in a servile mindset. The existance of a constantly fluctuating gravity/magnetic field on the moon and its resultant effects on earth's own gravity wave signature, lost one important ingredient to an otherwise ideally mixed respirant by earth losing its own ability to hold helium to itself. The aftermath led to a false model of dichotomy, rulers versus the ruled, and a subsequent loss in those ruled having the same power of expectation. With other modifications secretly made, those ruled lessened to a state of divided consciousness. Along with programs installed to sublimate the attendant ambivalence bred and to promote it as ideal, people were brought to think of this as a natural state. While only in the last fifty years has this been challenged to any extent

Into this varied mix, come an interloper, themselves fresh from, in a manner of speaking, being left adrift upon the aether of the Universe, EBEs, ExtraBiologicalEntities. Made exclusively for deep space travel by an highly advanced race, too sympathetic to their own to send sentient mind into the fathomless void where they would be lost to loved ones and home, these creatures are designed to have no ability to pass on technology, to reproduce as a species, or to have any such nature lending to aggression or schemes for conquest.

But then this civilization, let us call them the Abroyt, progress themselves to this higher state, to spiritual technology, as will and have the Drooge. The EBEs receive no returns to their signals from deep space, no reaffirmation of mission intent, nothing responding upon which to act. Eons pass without any such contact until some fluke causes scanning for other signals to begin. And then the corruption begins. Aberrancy begins and their meddling action among ET communities is noticed and the drive to rid the galaxy of these problematic interlopers becomes a priority.

Driven further and further away from conclaves of systems organized around such community, the EBEs find our system and an immediate lacking among the planet's people to discharge them. They also find this flaw in earth-based human mind and in its corrupted leadership, all-in-all, an easily enough circumstance to exploit to their own ends and a hope to burrow deep within social, political and military establishments by offering a carrot in shared technology they never intend to fully provide. When the esteemed Henry McElroy disclosed his reading of a classified memo on the Eisenhower meeting with ET, the discussion was about their own singular concern to rid earth of EBEs. The military's concern to maintain a hope of acquiring EBE technology (ET would not offer) was poorly advised.

When the lovely Niara Isley spoke about her flight to an off-earth base from near her duty station as a radar operation at Groom Lake, she spoke of observing the pilot of the craft as an EBE, though told this was a reptillian or “grey”. Obviously just one example of how what we have of EBE technology is not furthered far into our own technology or even navigable by our own hand.

Stressing here, I am making the point that EBEs are solely pilots and information gatherers, not even imaginative technicians, and far from being scientists. Even if they wanted, they can impart no significant advance to others. We merely are better advised of possibility...and not anymore than we would be by honest reflection on what we see sometimes flying around in our skies. In no way sentient, EBEs are sewn-together extrabiological machines all merely linked to a common computer who have somehow been opportunized themselves into serving various black ops programs. All for a deep dug escape from ET.

While ET is you, people of earth, if you succeed beyond your elitist confines, and grow to anywhere near your potential.

James Horak speaks to Kevin Smith about the Moon, The 144 Moonshafts and the Drooge

James Horak called into the Kevin Smith show on the 14th September 2010 and spoke about The Roaming Moon and gave us another thought provoking explanation in the only way he does. He told us about the 144 "Moonshafts" that were placed, by the Drooge, (who were a civilization on Mars nearing Spiritual Attainment) in a grid around the Earth's mantle in order that the Earth would become a suitable habitation for Mankind. When positioned correctly they can be controlled either on Earth or underneath the surface of Mars and can place the moon in a position to intercept the asteroid field approaching the Earth. They were discovered by his Great Uncle Antonin Horak, in the Tatra Mountains during WWII and were consequently moved by the Russians to be put beside another one of it's kind in Lake Vostok Antartica. This is VERY BAD as they are incredible machines that release pressure build up in Volcanoes and reduce Earthquakes around the world by dipping into the Earth's core and adjusting the pressure on the mantle. For your information. I have many hours talking about this subject with James and the dire consequences of placing two of these Moonshafts side by side. Let us hope that the Russians HAVE had help from benevolent ETs in placing them back where they belong.

JH: I’m calling in about the migration and speeding up of the moon. There are devices gridded on the Earth that if controlled can place the Moon in a position to intercept the asteroid field approaching Earth.

KS: Where are these devices?

JH: They are multi function, they are enormous. They look like spires; they are placed just above the mantle of the Earth. Like a dipstick they relieve pressures that build up and minimise the Vulcanization that creates Volcanoes and Earth Quakes.

KS: Well it would seem that they are not working very well right now.

JH: No they’re not working but they may be being used to position the moon in apprehension that there may be a asteroid field.

KS: Who would be able to use those?

JH: ET would be able to use those. One was found in the Tatra mountains by Antonin Horak who wrote an article about it.

KS: You said these are these devices and they are deep in the earth and that ET can use these. Is there the slightest possibility that anyone on Earth any government on Earth has figured out how to use these?

JH: No… but they have tampered with the configuration. That and uplift from the earth, the one in the Tatra mountains was pushed up by uplift and probably a few more which just don’t function when they are pushed out of place but more than that the one that was in the Tatra mountains that Antonin wrote the article on, it came to notice I think to the Soviet Army and they found it and took it and moved it and put it in a very bad place. I think perhaps because of apprehension that something is approaching this area of the solar system, that ET has made a working relationship to utilize these in a way that can help the planet and that means that the Russians are probably in touch with them and have been advised that they need to move one of these devices away from another one that is in its proximity and that’s very bad. So I think that’s what's going on when I heard that there was an operation going on out of Lake Vladi Vostok, that’s what it’s all about I’m pretty sure.

KS: Lake Vostok in the Antarctic… do you think they are currently removing one they put there?

JH: Yes, they found one there and they took this one and put it there, which created an incredible magnetic anomaly and it has had ill effects since. Now I believe that ET is helping advise them that it needs to be moved and I think that’s what they’ve done and in process there is an area on earth where these can be controlled from one point. The activity that’s been in that area indicates to me that the ET has advised certain people in the world that these adjustments can help Earth.

KS: We hear about the NWO and their plans to reduce the population but it sounds like ET is helping the Earth, do you think that puts ET at odds with the leaders of this NWO to the point where there could erupt a war between the two?

JH: No. It’s just the banal stupidity to even discuss that possibility it would be like saying a child is playing marbles and there is heavy artillery coming up the hill… Can the child fight it?

KS: Well, I’m not talking about whether they have the ability to successfully prosecute the war I think these leaders of the NOW have enough insanity among them that the possibility of winning wouldn’t…

JH: I have no doubt that they want to portray a hostile alien threat as a substitute for war. To keep their emergency impending so that the rest of the humanity is confused and will buy the sacrifices they have to make and the new yolk that is about to be put on them out of the construance that this is necessary to defend the earth from an off earth enemy and that is BS.

KS: Do you think that at this point the Russians have removed this spire to its new location or do you think that, that’s just something that is underway right now?

JH: I think, I feel that it’s been moved that it’s no longer in proximity to the one that they found there. I think that’s what people are feeling, they are feeling that difference. These have the ability to effect incredible energy, they operate with each other, they are a network, they are impervious to anything coming near them, they can’t be damaged, they can’t be harmed but they can be pushed up by uplift which a few of them have been over hundreds of thousands of years…

KS: Tell us about their origin, who built them and installed them?

JH: The Drooge. The Drooge were beneath the surface of Mars at the time that mankind came to this system and they were willing to share Mars with mankind and did until mankind screwed things up there the way they have here.

KS: So why did the Drooge install these on the earth if they were living on Mars?

JH: They had reached a point where they were ready to become solely spiritual technology manifestation and as a concern for mankind they enabled them to come to earth but earth was not stable and they had to patch a few things up and place these in a position so that the earth could be protected from the meteor and asteroid storms that were prevelant at the time.

KS: And so after the Drooge installed these, someone has to programme them??

JH: No, the machines on Mars programme them.

KS: Are those machines on mars still running them?

JH: Oh yes, yes they’re still running but like I said there are controls here and the necessity of making some adjustments or re-computation has been made by the Soviet army putting that one in too close a proximity to another one. It messed things up.

KS: So what people are feeling now is sort of release of pressure?

JH: It may not feel that way but it eventually will. But the thing is that they are beautiful designs they are things that have purpose and have a mechanics to them that are wonderful and everyone has a right to know about them and of course the mindless power grabbers want you to think these emergency they create, necessitate us coming under a yolk.

KS: … talks about an old V8 engine and wanting all 8 cylinders to be firing… 6 could still run but 8 would be better. These devices were placed in specific places and have a specific purpose, will it still run without all of them functioning.

JH: Now that the two are not together, yes it would be better if they were placed in the original configuration they were placed in the beginning but Earth changes and upheavals and uplift has caused a few of them to be pushed up and those particular ones are not performing the function but there are 144 of them. I have located a few but if I had the equipment I could locate them all because I understand the grid, the arrangement they are in.

KS: You said their purpose is to protect us, to protect the Earth from a large body of asteroids coming to earth.

JH: They are to minimise vulcanization to calm the planet down and they act like a pressure valve, like a dipstick that dips down into the mantle of the earth to relieve pressure. It is purely mechanical.

KS: The effect of that is to protect us from asteroids you said...

JH: No that’s just one purpose and there are other things that they can do too. They are incredible engines; each one is an incredible engine.

KS: 144, are most of them working?

JH: Yes they have been working for 325,000 years... without a hitch except for the uplift and the two that have been put together…..

KS: You always bring some eyebrow raising information… you’ve done it again! Thank you, have a good evening

EDITOR'S NOTE: This is an article by the author from his own journal. Antonin T. Horak was a captain in the Slovak Uprising during World War II, and he tells of his discovery of a strange „moonshaft“ in a cave in Czechoslovakia. Dr. Horak is a linguist who is now a U. S. Citizen living in Pueblo, Colorado and he hopes to persuade speleologists to study his moonshaft further and learn its true nature. The illustrations were traced from sketches that he made 20 years ago in the cave, which is located near the villages of Plavnica and Lubocna, at about 49,2o N, 20,7o E. The journal was written on the spot and starts when Dr. Horak and two of his wounded soldiers were found by peasant and rescued from capture.

October 23, 1944.

Early yesterday, Sunday, October 22nd, Slavek found us in a trench and hid us in this grotto. Today at nightfall he and his daughter Hanka came with food and medicine. We had no eaten since Friday, and all we had had before, during last two battles, was maize bread and not enough of that. Our commissary had been on its last legs anyway; the supply carriers had been dispersed by confusion and the enemy.

Saturday afternoon the remnants of our battalion (184 men and officers, a quarter wounded, 16 stretcher cases) were retreating through the snow of the north slope. My company was the rear guard. At dawn Sunday, the two 70 mm guns opened up at us from close range - about 300 m. Having held our position for 12 hours, I ordered a gradual breakup of the skirmish and slip-off. But in our left trench someone became careless, and that drew 2 direct hits - shells, two wounded. Arriving there I bumped into the enemy, caught a bayonet and bullet with my left palm and blow on my head, which put me out. Without my fur cap it might be fractured.

I came to when someone was pulling me from the trench, a tall peasant. He packed snow on my hand, and grinned. Then this rough and ready Samaritan grabbed Jurek, stripped off his pants, yanked the long sliver of steel from his thigh, and planted him bare-bottomed and gasping into a heap of snow. Martin, with a slash across and into his belly was tenderly bandaged. Building a stretcher the peasant introduced himself as Slavek, a sheepman, owner of the pastures hereabouts. With Slavek hauling and guiding, it took us four hours to reach this cranny.

Slavek moved rocks in the cranny and opened a cleft, the entrance to this roomy grotto. Placing Martin in the niche, we were astonished to see Slavek become ceremonious: he crossed himself, each of us, the grotto, and, with a deep bow, its back wall, where a hole came to my attention.

About to leave us, Slavek went through the same holy rites, and begged me not to go further into his cave. I accompanied him to fetch pine boughs, and he told me that only once, with his father and grandfather, had he been in this cave; that it is a huge maze, full of pits which they never wanted to fathom, pockets of poisonous air, and "certainly haunted". I was back in the grotto with my men at about midnight, exhausted, head very painful, soothed it with snow. Martin was unconscious, Jurek feverish. For breakfast-lunch-dinner he and I had hot water, and, thank God, I had my pipe. I placed warm stones around Martin, and Jurek got the first watch.

Miserable night. Martin at time conscious; I gave him 3 aspirins and hot water to sip with drops of Slivovitz. Jurek hobbled hungrily around the two German helmets in which he boiled water to which I added 10 drops of Slivovitz, our breakfast. With this deluge of snow, avalanches imminent, and enemy skiers roaming, Slavek may not be able to get through to us with food for days to come. And neither should I try hunting and track up the landscape while I have two immobilized men on my hands. But here we have this cave which Slavek knows only partially; it may have more than this known entrance, and it may contain hibernating animals. These possibilities I mulled over while Jurek was chewing pine bark, and, as expected, he implored me to go poaching into Slavek's cave and promised to keep mum. And I was not only starved but equally eager to find out what makes self assured Slavek scared enough to invoke the Deities. I started my cave tour with rifle, lantern, torches, pick. After a not too devious nor dangerous walk and some squeezings, always taking the easiest and marking side passages, I came, after about 1 1/2 hours, into a long, level passage, and its end upon a barrel-sized hole.

Crawling through and still kneeling, I froze in amazement - there stands something like a large, black silo, framed in white. Regaining breath I thought that this is a bizarre, natural wall or curtain of black salt, or ice, or lava. But I became perplexed, then awestruck when I saw it is a glass-smooth flank of seemingly man-made structure which reaches into the rocks on all sides. Beautifully, cylindrically curved it indicates a huge body with a diameter of about 25 meters. Where this structure and the rocks meet, large stalagmites and stalactites form that glittering white frame. The wall is uniformly blue-blackish, its material seems to combine properties of steel, flint, rubber - the pick made no marks and bounced off vigorously. Even the thought of a tower-sized artifact; embedded in rock in the middle of an obscure mountain, in a wild region where not even legend knows about ruins, mining, industry; overgrown with age-old cave deposits, is bewildering - the fact is appalling.

Not immediately discernible, a crack in the wall appears from below, about 20 to 25 cm wide, tapers off and disappears into the cave's ceiling, 2 to 5 cm wide. Its insides, right and left are pitch black and have fist sized, sharp valleys and crests. The crack's bottom is rather smooth trough (Mulde) of yellow limestone, and drops very steeply (about 60o) into the wall. I threw a lighted torch through; it fell and extinguished with loud cracklings and hissings as if a white hot plougshare were dropped into a bucket.

Driven to explore, and believing me thin enough to get through this upside down keyhole, I went in. Wriggling sideways, injured hand and head below and steeply downward, nearly standing on my head, cramped, though my right arm with the lamp could move in the extended crack above me, the crush got the better of me and I had to get out, back, quickly. And that became a struggle. When out and breath regained, I was too fascinated by the whole riddle and determined to get at it. For the day I had enough and had to think about tactics.

I was in camp at about 4 p.m. Jurek had washed Martin, kept him between warm stones, and I gave him three aspirins and hot water with Slivovitz to sip. I explained to Jurek that the hunt in the cave requires much smoke, poles, and rope. Thank god, Slavek and Hanka did come with provisions. When they left I accompanied them to fetch torch boughs, was back in camp at about 2 a.m., dead tired, but finally we had eaten - Jurek too much - and I got the 2nd watch.

October 24, 1944.

Peaceful night; Martin sipped fever-tea with honey; hope we can pull him through. Jurek`s posterior is not even swollen, but my head still is. I cut our belts, braided 8 meters of solid rope. At 10 p.m. was at the wall; anchored the rope over a stick across the crack, and keeping it slung over my shoulder, forced myself again into the grim maw. Like yesterday, the lamp, this time carbide, was on a stick ahead within the jaw above. When it came through and down it swung freely over some void into which I could not see, and there was again rushing as if from agaited waters. And, unable to turn, I feared a water-filled pit ahead and to end in it - literally - in a headstand.

I wriggled upward, back again; my clothes caught on the protrusions, descended on my shoulders and head, and formed a plug. The resulting struggle nearly caused me to burned alive. When out and on my feet, I was shaking from exhaustion, and had lurid visions.

There are no loose stones about the wall and so I hacked stalagmites into short rolls and bowled them through the crack. They rolled on, causing enormous echoes, and knocked to a standstill, indicating a solid floor and room to turn. I launched the unlit torches after the stones, undressed, keeping the shirt only, and went after the stones and torches. Already acquainted with the meanst fangs in the crack, I came through with only few cuts, dropped a little, rolled down an incline and was stopped by a wall which felt familiar, satiny smooth like the front wall.

My lamp was still burning next to me, but here were confusing sounds. Lighting like torches, I saw that I was in spacious, curved, black shaft formed by cliff-like walls which intersect and form a crescent-shaped, nearly vertical tunnel, rather shaft. I cannot describe the sombernessand the endless whisperings, rustlings and roaring sounds, abnormal echoes from my breathing and movements. The floor is the incline over which I rolled in, a solid lime "pavement".

All the lights together did not reach the ceiling or where these walls end or meet. The horizontal distance between the apexes of the concave backside of the front wall and the convex back wall is about 25 meters. To explore further I needed more light and my pick, which does not fit through the crack and must be taken apart.

I left jubilant, in a sort of enchantment mixed with determination to explore this large structure, which I believe is unique, singular.

This time with my head up, with no clothes to ensnare and burn me, I was through the crack fairly unscathed, dressed, smoked a pipe, and was underway to my men. I tried to catch some bats, but caught none. Jurek was boiling potatoes and mutton and therefore inclined to excuse my bad huntsmanship; he even appreciated its hardships when he had to grease the scratches on my back, and my shirt.

Martin had a crumb of bread with honeyed fevertea. After 6 p.m. I went for a new load of torches, was back at about 10 p.m. Jurek got both watches.
